I am having this problem with an s20 plus. I only have 3 attempts left until it resets my data to factory. Very frustrating and annoying since I know my password pattern. Like many people before me have said: 1. you cannot go into Safe Mode if you don't know your safety pattern--your phone won't allow it. You'll have to follow the pinned video to solve that problem. I watched it and it works--you can put your phone into Safe Mode while it is unlucked. 2. you have to wait longer and longer times before you can draw a new pattern again. That is where I got stuck, it would take me hours to redraw the pattern again and again. Maybe the video would work if you watched it as soon as you realized you forgot your pattern and you would only have to wait minutes, not hours. Update: I ended up doing a simple factory reset with the help of the side buttons. Since my Samsung had been synched with Google and One Drive, my photos, contacts, etc. were all saved. I just had to download my apps again and adjust my general settings.
It worked for me. My Samsung suddenly started rejecting my pin. I followed the steps till the safe mode stage, restarted the phone and tried my pin again. Viola, it opened. So, it works
My samsung A04 is refusing.. It went into safe mode but when I restarted it said enter ppattern, i did then said wait for 10mins.. Then rejected paytern n now phone is on flight mode 😭😭😭n i stil cant access

Bro no need this will not work for s23 ultra, maybe you try to unlock it through your linked Samsung account, that way you won't lose your data

Hey i wanted to ask if it would still work if i have to wait hours between the pin/pattern drawing times, the problem is that ive entered the incorrect pin on my phone too many times and now i have to wait around 4 hours to enter it again.

My am also using A12 but the save mode did not appear at the left bottom side after the hard reset
is it the same procedure for forgoten pass code
Note it only works on Android pattern for samsung phones
