I know this video is 3 years old, but I appreciate you covering this system. It's still my main system to this day even though I did ignore it in the naughties.
I know what you mean. I originally set up the channel because my kids, and my nieces and nephews were all getting into D&D, but weren't aware of all the other RPG's out there, so I thought I'd share some of the games in my collection. Given some of them weren't even born in 2005, it makes me feel very old, since my era is definitely late 80's, early 90's.
I didn't vote for this one in the poll, but I'm still glad to see it! This is a book I've always been interested in, but never have picked up. Watching this video makes me want to get it on drivethru and give it a read.
Remember that all the d6 stuff was released open source, so you can legally download it free of charge from various sources, whereas Drivethru charges you a few bucks for a watermarked copy. So for free, it's definitely worth a look.
Its a shame that Gibson nose dived such a great companies name, I blank this out (much like I do with "The Crystal Skulls"...LALALA!!! I CAN'T HEAR YOU....nope....LOL" So, unless reminded, I prefer to remember West end games with pleasant memories That said, I think I have a copy of every D6 book produced in that era, the game suffered, its a lesser version,
You've got to remember at the very end of the original WEG, the product quality was already suffering. But I totally agree, the WEG of the 2000's was definitely a sad echo of it's former self.

As someone who still plays the Star Wars D6 system, this was definitely something I liked a lot as it was the spiritual successor.
I'm feeling old when 2005 is considered retro. How I miss 1980s rpgs

After they lost Star Wars...
I am going to have to hunt this down seems interesting
There's a lot of good stuff in it, while not as comprehensive as something like GURPS Space, it's still very versatile.
@@RPGGamer well to be honest it's just gonna be in my collection unfortunately don't have any friends that will play with me
