Thanks, the boxed set is about to arrive at my local shop and I have a group of fellow 50 somethings ready to play. I was wondering if I had the life path figured out and after seeing your video I do. nice video.
At 5:49 you state that "it's important to note is that with rolls of this game you always factor in the attribute and the skill" - but is that really the case on step #6 and the other places when doing these rolls during the character gen? I'm not sure. I thought it was just rolling the corresponding die-type to the level of letter; A, B, C or D (i.e. D12, D10, D8 or D6)?
Sorry for the confusion (and the late reply) - when I mention factoring in the attribute and the skill, what I meant is that when making the skill roll, you're rolling the corresponding dice types, as you said. I didn't mean for that to be as unclear as it apparently was. The "factoring in" basically means that for example, if your skill has a rating of D and your attribute is rating B, you're rolling a d6 + a d10. Hope that makes sense and is helpful.
I truthfully don't remember how _exactly_ I got it other than from the T2K Discord server. You might be able to find it or one similar to it there, or download it from Free League if they uploaded one to their site, or if you're playing on Roll20 or Foundry, the former has a community-made game system with sheets and the latter was chosen by Free League as their official module platform, and it too has sheets.
