The 2022 Audi A3 40 TFSI quattro sees a 24% improvement in combined fuel efficiency compared with the previous quattro model
Audi’s MMI® touch display infotainment, with a standard 10.1” screen, and a host of standard and available technologies to make it as immersive as it is intuitive. The A3 features a redefined interior, delivering a sporty driver-oriented cockpit, with an available 12.3” Audi virtual cockpit. Additionally, the A3 now has an available head-up display and top-view camera system.
A powerful standard 2.0-liter TFSI engine, generating a maximum 201 horsepower and 221 lb-ft of torque. Augmented by a standard 48-volt mild-hybrid (MHEV) system, a first for the model, it has the ability to automatically coast with the engine temporarily shut off in many driving situations. That benefits the A3 with increased fuel efficiency. For those seeking an amplified experience, the S3 comes with a more powerful TFSI engine with 306 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque.
The A3 40 TFSI quattro carries a 24% improvement in combined efficiency compared with the previous quattro model, with an EPA-estimated 28 mpg city/36 mpg highway/31 mpg combined. Compared with the previous A3 from the 2020 model year, the entry 2022 A3 comes with an improved fuel-efficiency rating, with the front wheel drive model having a class-leading EPA-estimated 29 mpg city/38 mpg highway/32 mpg combined - a 2 mpg improvement across the board versus the previous generation.

My dream Audi sedan!! Good review Mike.
thank you for your in-depth reviews
With my first driving experience I agree with Mike on hard breaking n definitely need to well prepared . Have to press very hard in case of sudden breaking ..
Very well explained each n every control and features ..
Thanks Mike ❤
Love the finger pointer lol
@12:20 the reason I was told that there is a delay is because this is a 48V MHEV drivetrain. When the engine is cold it uses a traditional 12V crank starter like most cars, but when the car is warm it instead switches over to the 48V belt alternator starter to do the job. This is why you don't hear the traditional "cranking" sound of the engine when it fires.
Does google maps translate into the virtual cockpit? Or is it only the inbuilt navigation system?
Are the exhausts (muffler) the same? In 1.5 150hp
Thanks for that vidéo. Cleanfull
Very well demonstrated !! I🎉
2:50... the "sensors" that show in the screen are cameras which are located on the mirrors.
9:18... It uses regular gas? Older models required premium on all but the "Ultra" [efficiency] models. Now it's just recommended.
10:28 "That little tacked-on spot?" What? It's an integrated trunk module like every other car. The camera has to be visible due to how physics works.
13:31: The word you're looking for is "rubberized". It's not soft plastic.
29:55 I was talking about the parking sensors not the camera system.
10:28 Camera POSITION is poor and looks tacked on to the vehicle.
Here is an example of a better design: ua-cam.com/users/shortsfBGhlr2xjj0
13:31 Are you claiming that it contains polyisoprene? If so then the term rubberized would fit perfectly.
Mike!!! Is this your first ever review of an Audi?! ❤
Almost. I had a Q5 back in October and it was first :)
@@MikesCarInfo how did I miss that?!?
@@Mirror1973 I think UA-cam is hiding my videos under a rock or something lol. My channel views keep getting lower and lower.
Is this premium plus trim?

…also, having had both Volvo and Audi cars personally, it is my opinion, that Audi seats are ok comfort wise but only on short drives. In my opinion, they are just mean to older bodies like mine 😂
Basically I went back to Volvo for their seats! Hahaha
Gorgeous. Too bad it's one of three in the US for sale.
Audi puts soft plastic cover for engine but passenger rear door panel have hard plastic
Except the engine cover isn't soft touch and it's there to quiet down the direct injection clatter.
Cracker car just got the 24
DSG is the biggest problem
