Its great that you are focusing on your diet♥️ that’s how excessive hairfall happens: deficiencies. Also hormonal changes etc but not with products. Hair products cannot cause or treat hairfall ♥️

Hi Dipika. I have been using Arata wash routine. I’m new to CGM, have done only 3 washes but without stylers. I have used shampoo, conditioner n leave in. I get good clumps in morning but after 5-6 hours it loses curl definition n becomes little frizzy. What do you suggest me a curl cream, a gel or both. Hey its okay to not get any cast. Hold is important cast is not. Cast anyway we have to scrunch out later.
Reason could be applying gel in toooo wet hair so that diluting the gel. Or scrunching with fabric too much so its absorbing off most of the gel from hair.

So I dont do any specific routine after styling but I make sure there are no traces of stylers on my face or any other hair product. I also keep my wet hair away from face for that reason. Traces of hair products can cause issues

Absolutely not! A TOTAL NO NO to comb curly hair when dry. Why to even comb? Comb ONLY when you want to detangle else they will become bush like frizzy

Hi! Yes anyone can follow cg routine even straight hair. Curly and wavy hair supposed to use stylers so that’s what is different. Hair pattern and texture can change due to hormones with time

Hi! My hair was somewhere between soaking wet and damp. Damp is way too dry for stylers to spread. Like I mentioned in the video, water is to be added in between else hair will feel too dry and wont clump. So yes it does affect final result.
That could be the reason ashba hair gel did not have work for you when raked in. Praying hands clumps hair while also spreading the product. Works for low-medium density hair. Whereas my medium to high density there is a possibility that hair gel wont spread to all parts of hair when praying hands is done for any product. Hence need to rake-in comes in. But you do you. If they work for you with praying hands then do praying hands.
I rake in my all products and set the clumps at the end followed by squeezing out excess water..that’s why it works for me❤️❤️

Starting with such hair care routine is the only way to repair it. If damage is intense then trimming is better but basic washing conditioning moisturising with stylers is the first step to start with. Also do watch these videos they will really help

Trust me on this: give your hair some time. One month might not help with years of neglect and habits. Right? I started with no hope no target but knew it’s gonna take time. One year is what I ask for♥️ you might learn styling and unlearn old habits quicker but learning about our own hair is what takes time. When you fail is when you learn where I can do better♥️ also with shampoo bars clarify hair often. They tend to cause buildup.

Hi! No dear its not possible with any hair products. I also like 2b-2c waves but I cant get them. Our hair will shrink naturally to its max potential when its healthy so focus on that part. On using stylers the curl pattern seems and stays slightly tighter but from 2a to 3a is a HUGE jump. Totally change of pattern and that’s not possible with products. They just maintain the pattern and keep it intact. Products dont curl hair sadly

Hi Tejaswini, you can use any gentle shampoo and any softening+slippery conditioner. But they will so very limited work..using stylers is equally important for our hair type♥️

Soaking wet hair always..can do damp styling if one has fine strands but my coarse strands need water to clump and cream needs water too

Hi you can diffuse it or place the blowdryer atleast 1 mtr away so that it blows mild air
Dont blow dry directly it will greatly frizz up hair and everything you have done will turn into frizz

Hi! If you have super sensitive scalp then use ear onwards. I personally use it all through the length..its been 6 years no harm no issues if it touches a little bit❤️ hope this helps❤️

Can we use alovera gel instead od curl gel
No dear I wont suggest aloe vera because aloe vera gel has no hold for curly hair. It looks like gel because thickner is added in ready to use aloe vera gels to make it easily usable. However, Plum Aloe Vera gel is different. It has few more ingredients and works great as styling and hold gel for curly and wavy hair. You can use that.

Which shampoo and conditioner is good for hair fall
None actually. Shampoo will clean hair and scalp like your facewash does for face and body wash for body. Conditioner will soften and untangle hair. Hairfall is an inside body issue. Go to a doctor, get the blood work done amd find the deficiency/ cause and treat that.❤️

You can start with just cream. That also have some hold. If your curls are not holding up more than 1-2 days then you can add gel too

Combing is only for straight hair not curly. And yes you can wash, condition and detangle with conditioner as usual before this. You can also watch my tutorial videos for complete routine

I have done the permanent straightening and my hair is grown but not that much curly. So I just need to confirm that is this cream and process will make my hair a proper curl
First cut off the damage hair,
Then let that permanent straightening wear off
It's really confusing which product is best, I watched the video of this same girl who was recommending set wet gel and ustara hair cream and today she is recommending curl up cream. Looks as she is fooling some how.

Hi Devaki! If your hair is not straight when its wet then its not straight at all. By that I mean you can identify & care for your hair as wavy or curly hair . The haircare for wavy & curly is pretty much the same. But haircare for straight hair is minimal and different. As long as we identify our hair as straight and treat it that way, it wont do good. Also wavy & curly hair is not supposed to be combed or brushed everyday unlike straight hair - another huge difference between the two hair types♥️
So consider your hair as wavy or curly and take care of it that way. You will soon see the difference ♥️

Can we apply oil again for the next wash on the treated hair?
Hi so when you apply cream, gel etc (stylers), we dont consider it as treated hair. These products are just for maintenance and better health of wavy and curly hair. Just like we use moisturiser on face for better and healthier skin.
If a wavy or curly head is not doing it then its an incomplete hair routine. Its not a treatment.
So yes you can oil before washing as usual. Not toooooo much. Excessive amount of oil isn’t recommended for anyone

Hi! If its not naturally absolutely straight then probably its not straight but wavy. Curly hair products dont make hair curly but help in keeping wavy and curly hair moisturised and they also enhance curl pattern into looking better and healthier.

Apply whatever stylers you want to 1,2 or 3 and then style after that with brush/comb

I have a query, should we style after applying gel or before? Coz ppl say if v style after the gel then it may ruin the clumps or it maybe stringy
I would suggest you experiment and do what works for YOU! Everyone has something different to say because they have experimented and doing what has been working for them the best. Find YOUR personal best. ❤️❤️
As for the clumps..did you see my curls getting all ruined when I style after gel? 😋 I ‘make’ clumps with a wide tooth comb after applying all stylers. From my experience, curls get ruined if they are wet and I touch them too much. So that doesnt leave me an option to style before gel..how will I apply the gel then? If I rake in the gel it will open all clumps, if I doing praying hands to apply gel then it will not coat all strands and will stretch curls. So i keep it pretty simple for me. Apply stylers and style at the end

I used to have wavy hairs with lots of frizz.. may be because I didn't knw how to manage them nd when I got keratin treatment done they got super fine curls nd I started loving them.. even though i got the keratin done for getting them little straighter bt they went on other side... but again I am not taking care nd they are frizzy and looks so messy..

Depends how dry is your hair and if your hair is coarse or fine. If its towards very dry type, then some moisturising cream is necessary else only gel would do

Its okay to have heavy hairfall on washday because we are detangling only on wash day but hair falls off naturally every single day. 50-100 strands even if we dont detangle. So they come off all at once at the time of combing.

Hi! On day3 hair just use water to reactivate stylers used on wash day OR use very little amount of one styler. Two stylers can feel top heavy, longer to dry and still weighed down.

Oil and cream can be mixed for those with very dry hair and a particular cream isnt moisturising enough - only in that case its required not always

Squish to condish- its done with conditioner not usually a leave in because a lot of water is used and that will rinse off all leave in. Why to waste it. Secondly its done to leave some conditioner in hair while rest of it comes off slowly as we keep adding water to hair for squishing and scrunching. I dont find it useful for my hair to be honest because I am already adding so much water to hair while applying conditioner or even a leave in/cream and then I rake it in my hair for 1-2 minutes to coat and marinate each strand with it. Why to have an additional step. I tried it few years back but realised it’s a redundant step for me for the way I condition and style my hair.
Scrunching hair while applying - basically that means your application method for gel is scrunching. Neither good nor bad. Working for you then good. Not working for you then ofcourse its not working for you. I personally dont prefer doing it because that way only my ends will be coated in gel and some part of my hair. What about other strands that dont come in contact of my palm? Hair around roots? Mid length? Inner sections? Thats my concern. For someone with shorter length and/or low density hair it might definitely work. So there is nothing like good or bad way just we all have ‘my way’ 😋😋

They dont perm. They just maintain naturally wavy and curly hair by moisturising and defining them reducing frizz
