Same question as what magic gnome asked. Didn't you start shooting when the sun was up? Hahaha! Love your videos that make me hungry at ungodly hours in the morning at 1-2am! Keep them coming! COME ON!!!!
Your channel is absolutely awesome, I watch it all the time and try most of the recipes which turn out amazing, thanks food busker you’ve stepped up my cooking skills and made my all that bit richer ! You will be famous one day for sure , increase the peace brother !
Your videos always make me laugh, and I like it how you include the general public (real people!) from the street to test your recipes....even when I'm not really interested in the recipe you are cooking, I am excited to watch your videos because they are so entertaining. Great work Food Busker (and team!) :)
Hey food busker, I’ve been watching you for a long time now and this is the first time I am to request something. Can you please do a keto recipe? Thank you for the amazing content :)
Easy £4 for that portion. The little grating of parmesan really takes it to a new level! Personally I would add a few chilli flakes, whip the butter well and add half the amount to the bread. As much as I love butter, I can't very well mop up sauce or soup with the bread if it's already soaked!
Would really like to come and watch you in action! Where do I find out the days you're filming? I don't live too close and wouldn't want to be disappointed! Keep up the good work brother
I tried to whip the butter mix in a kitchen aid type machine to double it up like you said you'd do in your restaurent. But the butter just almost immediately stuck to the outside of the bowl and didn't get much whipping. Any tips of this ?
I'm not mucking about for half portions, 6 quid I'll have the whole one. That looks well handsome. Know how I'm making garlic bread from now on. Thank You John.
So I have a question. I have asked this question a bunch of time and have gotten pretty much the same answer every time (if it ain't broke don't fix it.). As a chef I understand that there is always a certain amount of time food needs to cook, you cant speed that up. Here is the thing though, if you could speed up prep time with gadgets that speed up prep time would you use them. Like for a certain food you use the same knife and it takes you 13 min to prep the ingredients for cooking, but a gadget came out that would do the same thing in 3 min would you be willing to try it out. Like I said most chefs that I have asked don't want to change the way they do things but it seems to me that if something can make a prep quicker without messing with the quality of the food it should be a no brainer that you should use what is better. I know this question was long and I apologize but was curious of your opinion as your food is superb.
Noice! Personally, I dice up some mozzarella really fine and mix it into the garlic paste (For which I tend to use powdered garlic as I'm too lazy to chop up garlic if I'm in a rush (Or if I do use real garlic I use the garlic crusher from my kitchen draw!). I also keep some butter aside, melt it in the microwave then brush it over the bread crust , then sprinkle with parmesan pre cooking. end result is extra cheesy, extra buttery and when you pull it apart, the cheese pulls out like an authentic new York pizza :P
Would be nice to know the amount of butter required. Looked something like 50-100 grams (yes, I'm a gram person) but when I did this with about 50-70 grams it wasn't quite enough (or rather the bread wasn't as buttery as in the video). The listed "1 pack of butter" is kinda inaccurate (since where I live butter comes in packs of 500g). Otherwise a really good recipe. Quick and easy, so yummy too :DD
7:50 - "It's all about the sharing" Not in my house mate, if it looks that good I'm scarfing the lot and lying to the dinner guests that the dog ate it!
Love me some garlic bread. Although that rolling chop had me crying on behalf of your knife. You risk chipping the edge because of the harder steel in Japanese knives when its in contact with the board and you twist around back and fourth.
One of those things you make rather than buy. Massive baguettes are 80p or so. Garlic, parsley are cheap enough and most people probably already have butter. Most people have cheese in their fridge even if no parmesan
My fav quote: "death by carbohydrate happiness"... Awesome job! Thank you so much for sharing. I can't wait to try your recipe out. Cheers!

Just ordered a £500 knife so I can make this recipe, let's hope it's worth it!
There are decent German brands for like 70 bucks that will out last you. I use one every day!
santanalz German steel doesn’t come close to Japanese steel
I can shave with my German blade. I fail to see the point of your claim, which is completely unsubstantiated.
thats probably because you take good care of your blade santanalz better care than even most chefs do.
Cody Sewell you would be correct sir.
