Matt...the best way to hang those giant signs is using strong bungy...and tension the bungy till it's quite tight on all corners, then tension the sides and top edge.....that way the sign can flex with the wind, but remain taught...if you fix it with screws then it can't flex and rips....My Families company specialises in creating and hanging these giant banners in the UK....and I really mean giant , we've wrapped the tower of London while it was undergoing repairs, which was attached to, and hid all the external scaffolding....check out some of the work at Blink Giant media...all of the wraps are attached using loops of bungey with a steel hook at the end of the loop.

To anchor that sign just run bolts with washers through the grommets, don’t waist time tying it down. To prevent the wind from taking the sign cut a few half moons in it to let the wind pass through.

Matt, put 3 or 4 2x4x length of sign horizontally top middle bottom. Then, put up 3/4 plywood attached to the 2x4 with long construction screws. This will stop the wind from the back and make it easy to mount the sign or mount new ones for events.

you should put a 6 inch layer of nylon rebar concrete over the shipping container before the dirt. it will stiffen and offer rust protection to the outer walls of the container. inside will still need paint. and venting should be from out the back low up through the dirt to a snoorkel to the roof at the front so as the front heats up, it draws fresh air through a cool pipe into the container.
