I love recipe videos like this, straight and to the point! I get frustrated with 15 minute long videos on how to boil an egg.
Seriously. I was watching a shepherds pie recipe and the guy had freaking clips of himself doing parkour peppered throughout the video.

Just tried spaghetti squash and here’s what I have learnt,
1. When you have cut it in half and done the seeds, place the squash rind side down when cooking.
2. It produces A LOT of moisture so have a strainer on hand.
3. It tastes kinda sweet but if you put a sauce on it tastes really good!
This is a great vege and definitely worth trying! Really yummy! (I had mine with pasta sauce and Parmesan 😋)

You can cook it longer if you prefer the noodles to be soft! 😊
roast the halves upside down with a little water sitting in the pan. it will make the "noodles" more moist. just don't overbake then they will be mushy. always strain the noodles just like you would pasts.

Does anyone know what the "noodles" taste like I am very curious
I've used spaghetti squash myself and the noodles don't really have a taste, it's just whatever you put into it.
Squash is cheap go make if and find out
They don't have much of a taste. They have more bite than regular noodles, and they have a little of a nutty/sweet taste, which I think is really nice. They really just absorb the flavor you put in, and complement oil/deep flavors with a little richness. Give it a try!
Believe or not it tastes just like a very light spaghetti. Delicious! just at whatever you like.

No. I mix stone ground mustard with balsamic vinegar and brush it heavily on the flesh. It’s delicious! I’m WFPB SOSFA free.

Paranoid Heart it’s a bit crunchy. The longer you bake it, the softer it gets. It’s not mushy like pasta.

Mariaah there are many soft cheeses that are made with animal rennet. I didn’t know this either until like 5 months in to being vegetarian, but there are cheeses made with vegetarian rennet.
You also have to watch out for candy and sweets that might have gelatine in it (boiled skin, cartilage, and bones)
