Amazing dish! Excellent presentation. TIP: When the spaghetti squash is cut widthwise instead of lengthwise the “noodles” are long, luxurious and more spaghetti-like! Just something I learned a few years ago…apparently it is due to how the squash grows. I cannot wait to try your recipe. Thank you! ~Sharon from Florida
Holy HECK,,,!!!!!!! I think this is the first time EVER, that I’ve seen spaghetti squash prepared this wayyyy. And all I could think of is I’m not shocked that YOU came up with this!!!! It’s UTTER PERFECTION!,,, I can not wait to try thisssss THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOUUUUU👍👍👍👍👍😁😁😁😁😁
I like the way you explain about 'cutting out' Brown bits in veg is okay and not wasteful. So many people would just throw the whole thing away. 👍👍👍👍👍👍 good job😊😊😊 don't waste good food😊😊😊😊
I love how the tulips match the casserole! That dish is art in a serving dish. I was thinking that feta cheese would be a wonderful ingredient to add to the casserole to give it some zip. Can't wait to give this recipe a go. Thank you for another great recipe!
This will be a fun one to do with my little grandson. He thinks spaghetti squash is "cool." 😊 This dish is such a beautiful color too- in the middle of winter. Thanks for sharing!
Yum!! I'm hungry for this. I really appreciate your recipes that we can reduce the servings to fit our needs. I live alone and reducing the quantities is so easy, thanks to you!
I tried this Casserole but used cut up Cauliflower instead of the peas. I also add turkey sausage with the chicken. It was pretty tasty, thanks for the recipe ❤
Made this tonight and it is so good! We will definitely make it again! The squash was pretty expensive at Hy-Vee so we are saving our seeds and hope to grow our own this year! Yum, Yum!!!
This looks wonderful, and I just bought a spagetti squash last weekend. Gonna pick up some cherry tomatoes and zucchini give this a try later this week.
Hi there, thanks for sharing this recipe, I never have enough squash recipes, I always save the seeds, I clean them up a bit, dry them out & save them to plant in my veggie garden, or toast some to eat. I love it even more by sharing my veggies with my neighbors, recently I made baked spaghetti squash, then I added my pre-cooked & chopped kielbasa that I browned just enough & added a special garlic/tomato type of sauce topped with grated cheese, it was yummy & mine really made sense. So, tell me how long did you have to bake your squash?
Well I have so many veggies in the garden I wanted to use some of them so I made this recipe! Spaghetti squash in the garden…zucchini… tomatoes…onions…peppers ( green bell peppers … and added some banana peppers. Instead of peas…. I have so many green beans so I substituted them. It turned out good but I probably won’t make it again. I give it a 6 out of ten!! Just fun using all my garden harvest to make it!!! Now I have to start wondering when my grapes will he ready???? Plus watermelon! It was fun putting it all together!!
I knew to brown these slices but….your reminder is helping me to do this browning and…to expect this necessary needful browning. Great reminder for utilizing Zucchini. I make squash casseroles here but this idea is more tasty!!!! Thks for sharing!! Ahna
I planted Spaghetti Squash last summer so I have plenty to try different recipes this one sounds Delicious. We have just been having them roasted. Thank You for the recipe.
I just want to find a way to prepare & enjoy spaghetti squash outside of the usual pretending I’m not eating pasta spaghetti with sauce. So far I haven’t been able to fool myself
I did want to mention, that I never heard you say what temperature for the oven or for how long the casserole should bake for, please reply back this time, thank you. I hadn't subscribed just yet, simply because I always wait to see if you video makers reply back to us, before subscribing.
Hi there! I always put the recipe information in the description of the video, along with a link to the recipe on my website. There you can find the details about the oven temperature and length of cooking. For this recipe, the oven temperature is set at 375°F. There are multiple cooking times so reference the recipe for that information. Hope this helps! 😊
You often talk about freezing a completed recipe or servings of a recipe but never actually do it or show it on camera. Can you start showing how you do this at the end please and not just how much you enjoy the dish fresh. I'm an empty nester still struggling with cooking for 5...
Ya know, you people on UA-cam want us to Like & Follow you & then when we try & print out your Recipes they are Scrambled so we can't print them off. I was going to like & Follow but since I'll never be able to print off the Recipes that I like & place them in my Book, I see no point in doing so. Just wanted to let you know why maybe there are other's that aren't following you for the same reason. Go down & try & print off your own & you'll see what I mean. Well maybe you can print your own off, so find one of your friends & have them try & print it off....
I love to watch your videos and try your recipes, but now I find myself critiquing them. You repeat your teaching points too much because I believe you want to fill in the time. You don't need to because the kitchen is beautiful, you are beautiful and the food is beautiful. Beauty speaks for itself. Relax a little.

I'm not keto, but I do look for lower carb options to try out. Looks like I found one to try. It looks delicious, thanks Kaleb.

The casserole looks wonderful!!!
Will make this, could use any squash if no spaghetti squash available, don't you think? Anxious to try the delicatta squash. Have you tried it?
I don't have a grapefruit spoon, but use a melon baller, which also works well.
Yum
I came back to get the recipe to try this, and the link didn't work for me? I found the recipe on your website anyway, looking forward to it, thanks.
You made me laugh about brown areas on veggies. My mother would throw nothing away! A little mold on bread? Just cut it off & serve! Looks delicious 😋
This would be so yummy with sausage instead of chicken!
Wow?? Thanks 👍
Spaghetti squash getting cooked tonight. 😊
I just want to find a way to prepare & enjoy spaghetti squash outside of the usual pretending I’m not eating pasta spaghetti with sauce. So far I haven’t been able to fool myself

Or maybe you don't judge people.
Not a fan of squash. It's the sweet nutty flavor. A hard no on this recipe.
