I’ll never understand why the court systems want to keep prior crimes (especially murder) from the jurors. I don’t get it.
If I were a jury member, and only discovered his prior convictions after the trail, I would be so angry that I'm being allowed to make a serious decision like this with only half the facts.

It always blows my mind how a person who gets caught with drugs could be sentenced to life in prison without parole and a person like this slaps on the wrist! A monster who has attacked, murdered and physically assaulted people just keeps getting let off the hook. It makes no sense. The justice system is so broken.
The way people will enable literal murderers is crazy. I didn't care who it is or what happened in their past. You're responsible for healing your trauma, and you're responsible for staying away from people when you're emotions are out of control

When did killing someone and trying to kill others become a minor mistake. That's the craziest statement I think I've ever heard. Going through trama in your life doesn't give anyone a go ahead and do what you want card. Prayers for all the families in this tragic story. Lawyer's, judge's and parole board's need to be held accountable for their minor mistakes as they call it.
