Difficult to sequence, though. It's very rarely the same card order like most decks where every match is rinse and repeat. NG's assimilate and Albrich are difficult decks to play with because you need good game knowledge and need to know your opponent's deck and have a good idea of what they're possibly holding.
If Albrich is already the top card in your deck, then the marines don’t move him back to the top, so he doesn’t buff himself and another unit by 2 - you need to have the marines juggling Albrich and another card between the top 2 places, then he gets moved to the top and his ability triggers - also remember cards are checked left to right and melee before ranged
7 tries, going 2nd every time. Either no operator or no marine. By my hand was close to getting fixed i was 1/ 3 of the way to a 0 - 2. Played mill twice. Waay too stressful for my tastes.
Just started playing your deck this season, swapped out baccalà for ramon to fit the provisions - still works like a charm, such an interesting deck

i'm practicing this deck in training mode, i dont understand why sometimes albrich dont buff himself and the other units like your gameplay.
