Tough battle, but Keymer proved why he's one of the elite! Pragg fought valiantly, but Keymer's precision and composure in critical moments sealed the deal.
What are you saying my guy choked hard, had a strong winning position but always lacked the killer instinct as always against pragg close shave for him, don't rate him much among top 10 players
@@spidermannowayhome6402 Vincent lacked Patience to grind the position further as he was grinding it for almost 6 hours. He had the f4 pawn break at his disposal waiting for a long time. He prolly thought pragg had no moves but had a defensive fortress. Happens in time trouble. For sure he's an elite as he's above 2700 and has maintained it for a longer period of his career
@@spidermannowayhome6402could say the same thing about pragg… choked a dead draw in the end… but that’s just how chess works, after you play a game for 6h and with a minute on the clock it’s just logical you don’t find all the engine lines.
“why prize money will shared?“ Because if the first place is tied, then the tie break will decide the first/second place, but it doesn’t effect the prize money, they both will get equal prize money.
Wow Great game Keymer played a very strong game . I wonder if Bg5 might’ve helped Praggs cause instead of Be5 Agadmator did say any other Bishop move would’ve been good for Pragg . Crazy how games can turn on any small miscue which turns into a big deal . Great game great recap Agadmator
This is one of the prime examples of any games where I wholeheartedly support Agad for not showing the evaluation bar. To not to loose, you'll have to find the only move, to win , you'll have to find the only move with seconds on the clock. Its not humanly possible. In this game, there were times where many minutes were available on the clock but none of those 2 figured it out where evaluation bar was rising, then went 0s. They are super GMs, but are not computers. They'll will never be. Even with super computers available, GM and IM commentators could not figure it out.
Great tournament the players gave it their all lot of great games I wasn’t quite happy about the outcome but it has been great to watch the players compete .
Prag..When you lost to keymer I cried.. Now am Very Very happy..You defeated Gukesh and became TATA Steel Champion 2025.. God bless you my boy.. Your Mother would be in tears of Joy.. Continue this Winning Spirit through out your entire chess career..
By the way...whats the prize money?? I didn't get any real information....some say its just about $10000....thats too low for such a gruelling tournament 😅
Gukesh and Pragg were just incredibly nervous today and they really played badly. Even in the tie breaks, both did 1800 elo level blunders. Arjun defeating Nodirbek yesterday and Harikrishna holding him - The 2 fellow Indians truly helped Gukesh and Pragg to top the table, otherwise Nodirbek with this form would have won the trophy 😅
This has to be the best final round of any tournament in very long time !!!

Was so happy for Vincent! Showed his class today!
Right congrats to Vincent he seems like a good kid great player I’m glad he got the win especially since I’m a Gukesh fan
I thought Pragg was gonna win all the money when I watched this live, but at the end of the day, the prize money was shared.
was shared? why prize money will shared?
How was it divided?
Where did you know
“why prize money will shared?“

This stress is better than Magnus's childish drama.
hi Antonio, fan of yours since 2018 or smth like that. u are one of the main reasons i still play chess.

Im not sure what the quote means but what has happened has already occurred and that cannot be changed only the future has been Unwritten
Crazy end to the tournament, gukesh is no Carlsen though he's only 18, crazy both cracked last games, was a fun blitz
This has to be the first time I have seen Agadmator this late.

Nice ending of the game from Keymer...
keymer has a good portion of what the old greeks called ataraxia. not so easy to be shaken
Amazing ending to the tournament
The last 2 hours of this tourney was a completely unbearable blunderfest lol. Great entertainment though!
Gukesh's champion aura is unreal😭😭
High level chess, even with human mistakes, these are the games I like to analyze!
impatiently waiting for the tiebreaks to be uploaded

Brilliant trap by Keymer on last move.
Unbelievable!
Unlucky nodirbek, he almost beat prag, gukesh, vincent, still today he had a chance to win for tie breaks, but hard luck.
