I'm a little disappointed in how laggy the throttle is until it hits 4,000. It feels stock up to 4,000 then it pulls. Do I have hope of getting into high 11s with a custom dyno tune?
Yes custom tune you’ll be low to mid 11 On Whipple tune I was 11.3-11.5 The two below links show when I was just a Whipple on Whipple tune and larger supercab and crewcab trucks with some whipples and mods

Suprised your getting 16 mpg with E85. Whats the cost of E85 and 93 in your area? Like $3.30 vs$4.80?. Looks like the math says go with E85. Still saving 14% in $ spent. 14 mpg vs 20 mpg would be break even point
everything runs better on e85 downside it runs thru it quit, obviously & its not as accessible as gas is in some places & it creates more soot build up then regular gas, i run it in my 2014 v6 sierra on third gear you can tell the difference with regular or premium gas it bogs down a little at full throttle unless you lightly lift the throttle to 90% but when i run e85 ohh that puppy goes. soon ill turbo it and see what it does before I Ls swap it
They work together The JD pump in in the tank, it feed the fuel to the rails where the extreme pump is. They are different parts of the fuel system I’ve upgraded my entire fuel system so when I turn up to 1100-1200 hp I don’t have any issues
Wrong fan for the pulls (you should have the BIG fan ducted into the engine bay, which should have a closed hood) and hood open? Do you drive with hood open? Make the dyno run replicate actual driving. Watch Gale Banks talk about dyno runs. … Wheel chocks but not strapped? No thanks. Don’t bother with correction, what you did is what you did.
Hood open vs closed only matters when there’s an open element filter, I have a closed airbox so there’s no benifit to horsepower weather it’s open or closed. I have it open so I can veiw and record everything in the enginebay during the pull. When I tested an open filter I had the hood open and closed to show the difference.😉
I've been talking to JD about this, I'm glad your seeing positive results with the setup. Be curious to see what the DI injectors will gain.

I just did the same math with my NA Coyote F150. I get 18mpg on 87 @ $4.19 and 16.5 mpg on E85 @ $3.10 I'm running E85 from now on.
California here almost 6 bucks for 91 and $4.10 e85
