Rigatoni Arrabbiata is a classic Italian pasta dish with a spicy tomato-based sauce with a bold and rustic flavor.
Arrabbiata is the perfect pasta sauce for an easy but tasty last-minute dinner, as you can make it in 20 minutes with simple pantry staples.
⭐️ Ingredients
3 tablespoons (55 grams) extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic finely chopped, pressed, or grated
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes more or less to taste
28 ounces (1 large can) (800 grams) whole peeled tomatoes + ½ cup water to rinse can
1 teaspoon salt or more to taste
3 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley chopped
FOR THE PASTA
12 ounces (340 grams) rigatoni
¾ gallon (3 liters) water
1½ tablespoons (21 grams) sea salt for the pasta water

Use organic not canned still has more natural flavors that way. Boil the tomato, place in ice water l, peel and de-seed, then throw to tomatoes in seperate pot and cook till a paste. What you could do with the seeds is make a great salsa with bell papers.
