I've BEEN WAITING for you to make this video!! I actually wanted to talk to you about making a video like this. you actually brought up one of my points, I agree about as long as aphmau is doing good with her videos she won't change. But I believe we are starting to slow down with her videos. Back when aphmau's roleplays launched she only got at least 1 million views. She couldn't particularly keep up the quality of her roleplays bc They cost a lot for production. we are starting to see the same views with her content now. If you go to her page and look at popular videos. It brings up 2 videos. the top video being her new content and the 2nd the music video she did in 2019. Looking through all her videos you can see the views go up and then back down again. Her content Is also repeating as well, causing older fans or potentially newer fans to leave. I do think we are starting to see potentially another change to her content again.

Writting books takes days upon weeks to finish. Do you not realize how difficult it is?

One other thing I did notice just now is that all the videos on Aphmau Stories are public again. I’m pretty sure they were unlisted for quite awhile so I’m not sure when exactly they were made public again but I do know it was recent. I know this doesn’t mean much but this is the most active we’ve seen that channel or anything rp related from her in a long while. I honestly doubt it means we’re getting anything but I do find it interesting the channel was active there for a second
OMG YOU'RE RIGHT! I was watching dreams of estora just two weeks ago and they were unlisted, and now both mcd s3 and DoE are public! I don't know what this means but I'm glad Jess hasn't forgotten a big part of her channel that many people fell in love with
3 days before today (4th of february) I noticed the blue dot on the aphmau stories pfp (means they uploaded something recently) and thats when i noticed they were all public again

it means that jess wants everyone to rewatch mcd because she relisted mcd s3 cuz mcd rewrite is coming out next week for mcd's 8 year anniversary (real) (jess told me this)

I honestly just miss the games and stuff she would play with her friends in character and out. It was very fun seeing them having fun and finding their own bits without faking it to a point where mostly kids would only enjoy it =~="

In my opinion, there is a slight hope she’ll come back but I don’t think people should get their hopes up too quickly. Don’t get me wrong I would love to see another story from aphmau but sometimes I think aphmau kinda wants to move on to do better things. But I could be wrong only time will tell UAU
Even if Aphmau doesn’t make new RP’s, we still have all the others to fall back on, so many fantastic stories to rewatch and remember the good times us older fans had back then. Even if her channel isn’t the same as it used to be, she was still a huge part of most of our lives and she brought joy, and we can’t forget that.

I’m chill with her not continuing old series, I’ve had time to accept that possibility. I still hold hope she may return with at least a small roleplay. But, after all she’s done, all she’s made, I believe that she deserves the success with the simpler content she’s making.
Though I had a crazy thought recently. All these people, all the newer aphmau fans. They never knew what she made. So I count myself blessed, for memories so sacred.
I haven't thought of that... but yeah, I'd accept that possibility too.

So true! My younger sister is one of her new fans, watching her for a her new content and she found me rewatching My Street and asked when she had made it. So I explained to her, obviously not interested cuz she's like 6 (I think I started watching her like when I was 9? Maybbbe 8?)
I don't know if it annoys me that she isn't even bothered because it's just. So good! But I suppose you like what you like and there is not much I can do to get her into it at this moment. Maybe in the future.
I agree her content now is more for new younger fans ive unsubscribe a long time ago and have accepted that she may never go back to her old content even tho I thought and still do the older content is way better
I unfortunately found Aphmau after she stopped making her roleplays, but I watched them anyways. To be honest, it's kinda depressing seeing how long it's been, it feels like the OG fandom is slowly dying.
As someone who's an OG fan, while it's true that we're slowly dying, at the same time we're more or less still thriving in our own ways. We just don't pop up much due to the lack of role plays. Since people made either 1. Edits out of the rps
2. Made theories
3. Made animations based off of scenes and etc
For it to really be noticed. I've seen edits and all of that still but it's not as frequent as it used to be
I'd come back to her roleplays in a heartbeat if she made them. Hence why I clicked on this video so fast. The content from the fandom has died down, but not the spirit.
Og fan here, i knew her since like.. 6-7 years ago or something. Yes, we're definitely dying. I love to check in on Jess's channel every now and then, but I can't bring myself to enjoy her newer content.. Idk, I just miss waiting for a new episode to come in, or her playing minigames with the characters that she made. I won't be watching her new stuff, but I would definitely come back asap if she ever decided to come back to making rp tbh, ik her current style is less stressful for her but her rp's are just different yk

as someone who's been in the fandom since late 2015 it's honestly more active than it was like 3 years ago. its seriously been 5 years since an og episode of mcd came out, 3 years since the rewrite and mystreet, and just this morning i was scrolling through an aphmau confessions twitter account with dozens of submissions from TODAY. like, that's insane, this fandom should totally be dead by now, and was honestly more dead in like 2019/2020 surprisingly. but for some reason we're here right now watching a youtuber talk about aphmau roleplays years after and getting hundreds of thousands of views when we all should've grown out of them by now
I personally feel betrayed. It's really not fair to us older fans that she refuses to tell the truth about a lot of things, and she continues to give people false hope through meaningless references. We deserve answers for having been there from the beginning. We aren't just mindless kids that click on her videos because they're Minecraft anymore, most of us are in our ADULT years by now, and we appreciated her content for the effort and time put into them so that she could tell her stories.
Her massive surge of subscribers is for the exact opposite reason- it's a bunch of kids that'll watch anything trendy, especially if it's put in Minecraft. That's why she has so much merch in stores. Kids are profitable, kids are easy to please. And that's why she'll continue to turn a blind eye to us, until we finally do something about it. She doesn't have to care about us if she's making tons of money to not care about us.
TRUTH
While it’s a shame she went down this trek and basically forgot the portion of her fan base that helped her get to the position where she is today, I wouldn’t cry over spilt milk about it. Most of us would probably do the same if we were in her position and found a more profitable opportunity by pandering to children-to keep up with the times (and views), full-time content creators will need to adapt to the next generation. It’s a very tragic but inevitable change.
@@mrworldwide2870 she can keep up with the new generation without making what is essentially crack for kids and completely disregarding everyone who got her to where she is today. but regardless i still have hope the roleplays or at least the stories from them will be continued someday, i just wish she could be more transparent with us
its true. even if she caters to kids as her money making machine, it would still be nice for her to have a more personal account on maybe twitter or something where she can communicate with older and long time fans for arent here for her silly trendy videos
I do agree I've been watching for 8 years now (I'm 22 now) I watched everything from roleplays to hide and seak, I even got most the character pillows when they came out but I still watch the new content even tho it's more kiddy she still uses the same characters I love and bringing back more old characters warms my heart, so much I've started doing reactions to my street from the start.
Hopefully one day she'll give my street and diaries a proper ending after the sad notes they where left on, maybe they'll put it on the stories channel or maybe a book. I'll always have hope because I know she still loves those series just like the rest of us💜
Aphmau made a statement about her role plays on her New Years post in 2021. She stated that she and Jason had decided they would no longer make announcements in regards to their series nor would they have set dates or time lines for uploading as it was too stressful. She had episodes coming out weekly at an extremely high quality, which undoubtedly caused a lot of stress. To add to that stress, people kept demanding for her to make episodes faster. She had to cut PDD short because of that high demand, and ended up cutting off all her roleplays because she felt rushed. Her and Jason both decided they would be working on the role plays in the background and when they were ready they would post on Aphmau Stories. I think they are making multiple stories as well as finishing the other stories and work before beginning publishing so that she can post as she wishes without feeling rushed or stressing her team. She prioritizes good health, as we all see in her community posts, so it comes as no surprise that she doesn't want to jeopardize her team in any way. I think in the next few years, Aphmau will be finished with a few of her stories and will begin publishing the videos for everyone to enjoy at a pace she has set and a quality standard she wants. She also talked about trying animation as a medium of story telling, so that could be an element to consider as well! Just some tidbits I've picked up and out of her post.
Edit: ALSO She has FOUR kids now. Can't forget that she has to be a proper mother as well. I wouldn't worry about her role plays right now, since she has been stress free and content recently. I still want to see her stories and enjoy her old content again, but I care more for her mental and physical well-being. So do be considerate of her.
Literally the only thing I want is Jess, not her CHARACTER, saying smth to us in a serious video or community post, at least one last time addressing things. I've been her fan since I was a kid, and bc I had a troubled home, she was literally a mother figure to me. So it kinda hurts seeing her ignore her loyal fans for the fans of her new content farm ): Just some kind of acknowledgement or goodbye post, idk. I have no idea if she'll make another one, but would at least like to hear from her - she hasn't posted on her social media in years, and it's been what, 3 years since we last had a message from her OOC?

I do miss her roleplays, but no matter if she continues her series or not, I'll be fine with it. Since what she is doing now is really helping her channel grow. She got so many subscribers so fast, and that's amazing! But I'm gonna be honest I don't like her new videos that much, I prefer her old videos. They're still entertaining tho, and I like when she leaves little references to her series in her videos

This made me feel a little better about how betrayed I felt after she just stopped making roleplays.. it’s not even purely the roleplays, but her old videos where she just goofs off with friends ALWAYS make me laugh, no matter how many times I rewatch them… yet she leaned it to the repetitive baby stuff.. it.. it almost feels like if I watched 5mincrafts before they became a content farm.
I have been watching her since diaries was first starting, I may be one of the few that stayed with her the whole time. It was so full of passion before, now it’s lifeless… sorry, didnt mean to get super deep here, I’ll head out now-
Aphmau is an enigma. On the one hand, she definitely has more priority on her current style of videos on her channel.
Still, fhe amount of references in her videos are definitely for her older fans. So, she definitely still knows we are still watching. Heck, we learned Ein was a red herring of a “brother plot-twist” in a newer video. It’s insane for fans like us.
Cause I can’t imagine any newer fans knowing at all what those references are.

The reason Ein is her brother in the mystreet videos is because Jason (Aaron and Jess’s husband) was jealous that people shipped Ein x Aphmau
I recognize the voices from the original version of Zane’s Wrath Season 3 ep 30. The original voice of Kenmur was Ross/YourPalRoss. Then for the recent video uploaded Kenmur’s voice sounds a lot similar to Will/Kamiwasa. Both voice actors who helped with voice acting and the making of Minecraft Diaries and Mystreet.
Didn’t she have drama with Ross too? Or someone from the group, and then they stopped talking to her full stop? I remember something going on, on Twitter back then.

I can't believe that I will be 18 soon and it has been 3-4 years since the last roleplay, Minecraft Diaries has been my favorite Minecraft roleplay ever since s2 came out (I started watching around the launch of s2), to be totally honest, I think what drew me in so much into the series was the aspect of aphamu being just a player who stumbled upon a story in s1, unfortunately, by s2 that concept was replaced with normal roleplay. Aphmau's roleplays will forever live in my mind, even if she doesn't come back with new roleplays, even though I am not as much of a fan of her new content, I am happy about her current status!
If she dies comeback I don't think she will continue Minecraft Diaries. She said she didn't like the direction it was going in and felt like she was forced to go down a certain story path

She has made an announcement. For everyone that doesn't know on one of her community post after 2020 she did mention that she was going to bring back the role plays, she just wants to wait until covid is over so it doesn't have to affect her voice actors. 8:00 yeah that's what I'm talking about.

I don't think Aphmau will be resuming roleplays, she's taken most of them down from her main channel and the only community updates are about her merch and milestones. Three years ago I may have held out hope but she has admitted that her kids watch her videos which when you consider how violent those roleplays could be and how young her kids are I seriously doubt those facts didn't weigh in to her decision to cut the roleplays and switch to a new content style. This combined with her massive influx of subscribers during covid and the fact a lot of her old voice actors have admitted they dont talk to her anymore... I mean when's the last time you saw Katelyn, Garroth, Laurence or Dante in any of her recent content?

I think a lot of them had fights with her / stopped seeing eye to eye? Covid left everyone in rough situations and from what I remember some voice actors ended up heavily mistreated, although a lot of the drama ended up not being public so no one really knew what happened.
Okay, Garroth has returned a little- and Dante shares the same voice actor as Zane. But unfortunately, I heard Laurence has left the team…. So I genuinely don’t know for sure. Covid really destroyed a lot.
@@ava8d801 And Katelyn's not speaking to her... I read that apparently even though Aphmau's an amazing content creator she's not nice to work for/with and she can be a little intense in her hiring. For example there's a voice actor who works for LadyMania and he's friends with her online. But once she saw his VA list she has been aggressively trying to hire him and he just keeps telling her no since he's Loyal to LadyMania. I mean offering him once is okay and maybe even twice but at this point she's been trying for over a year and just isn't getting the message. I'm not trying to be nasty about her or anything since LadyMania has told him in video she doesn't mind if he decides to switch and work for Aphmau but keep in mind that Aphmau posts EVERYDAY. So VA's who work for her have to be available EVERYDAY and she expects them to work exclusively with her. This is one reason Katelyn is no longer on speaking terms with her.
@@TricksterWitch013 idk tbh. I just… don’t see her as someone who is ‘abusive’ as people may say. Maybe working with her can be intense or stressful, but I think she’s just trying to keep a regular posting schedule. But I do think the days where some characters aren’t in the video is like the day off. So it’s more like a job, working regularly but having days off. Y’know? Idk… I’m not a VA and I’m prob just bias and stuff.
As much as her change in content has improved her Likes, Subs, and more, the creative hardworking roleplay series were my favourite videos that brought me into enjoying her channel. Around now, watching the videos feel more childish and less entertaining with no story to enjoy. I even enjoyed the videos of her having a face cam and her playing with the voice actors as friends. Making videos not for content, but for fun. Around now, it feels childish, forced, and honestly dry. This is my opinion, but I wish we had Jess, not Aphmau.
The main reason she changed is Episodic video's viewership tends to fall of a cliff after the 2nd episode in current youtube, which is why several of her later non-MyStreet series died really fast even when they were interesting. CaptainSparkles cites the viewership drop off as to why he doesn't do many long running series on his main channel anymore verses his Vod channel
I feel like chances are we won't get mystreet season 7, partially because it ended a few years before quarantine and because we don't know how much of the old crew that worked on that show she is still in contact with. but seeing how her ROBLOX channel is alive and posting less scripted content, I'm hoping for more out of character stuff. just the voice actors goofing off and having fun. heck, recently they played Gartic phone and did their Normal voices! I think out-of-character work is more likely than roleplay, but who knows.

I used to watch Aphmau religiously and she honestly inspired me in so many ways. It breaks my heart that she quit role-plays and kinda quit being herself.. Especially when I found out she was problematic- I was devastated.☹️ Anyways, just sharing my opinion here.

Aaron and Aphmau’s age gap in PDH was just bad alone but she basically made a joke on twitter that they did IT. (yeah I was disgusted if you know what I mean) Aaron was basically a pedo and he groomed Aphmau. Then there was the whole Kawaii chan thing which was basically a HUGE stereotype. There also was some other story issues like Aphmau being somewhat of a mary sue, Aaron kinda aswell, and kind of Aaron being a ultima and Aphmau treating him like sorta weird (Imo sorry it was just weird the whole alpha thing). And another HUGE thing (Huge imo) was the incest between Aphmau and Ein. Sorta gross.. she kinda sugarcoated it by saying later that it wasn’t canon so I guess that helps a little. AND she treated her voice actors and other people working on her role-plays kinda rude. She literally ghosted the Laurance VA and I think fired Daniels VA and another as-well( I think.. they might have quit though) ALSO, sorry if this seems rude at ALL, I just wanted to spread it yk? And not sugar coat it… either way I still do not want to be rude..

@@wren_feather6574 they were both in high school when they met (Aph a freshman and Aaron a senior), so they can't have a 5 year gap unless Aaron failed a grade; they'd been playing together online for a while, but a 3-4 year age gap isn't odd online. One of my closest friends is 3 years younger than me.
There's 4 years in high school, and most start high school at 14-15 and end at 17-18. Assuming Aaron's birthday is in the summer, he'd be 17 when they met, and assuming Aph's birthday is in the summer, she'd be 14. They didn't actually start dating until both were proper adults, so there's nothing uncomfortable about their relationship.
Does 14 almost 15 and a 17 almost 18 sound incredibly problematic? Yeah, when you say it out loud the numbers sound super awkward when it's only 3 years apart. Is it as problematic as it sounds? No, because given the context you can see that they're only friends (& mutual crushes) until Aphmau graduates high school.
Omg KryDeline made you art!♥️ anyway i have heard of the theories of the voice actors coming back and i want to stay positive, but personally I don't think she will post stuff like roleplays in the near future. I feel like she will slowly pick up something but post it on her Aphmau Stories channel to separate her normal content and her old content, but we will never know!
I’m happy as long as Jess is doing well, but I really do miss her old content and when she would interact with her fandom!💖 For years, every day I would just wait for her daily uploads😭 The excitement and adrenaline a notification from her channel gave me was insane!
Again though, I understand things can’t always stay the same, and as long as Jess is doing better then that’s all that matters💖
If aphmua is in the making of s7 of mst I’ll be literally so happy since it’s been so long. It’ll be nice because aphmua was a big part of my childhood and I still watch her now and then. Leaving on a good note I hope she come backs to roleplaying again and my inner demons s2 will come

i so badly want to see an “Aaron’s Year”. kinda like an “Aphmau’s Year” (which in case anyone forgot was the sort of in between between season 5 and season 4 of mystreet, where aph recovers after ES and what happened to aaron) where aaron can heal. also i just want aph and aaron back on mystreet with their pets☹️
If Aphmau made another roleplay, many fans would be beyond happy. I would just be so excited! But I guess that is only a possibility. I have hope tho 💜💜💜
I would VERY much like her to keep writing. I saw someone talk about her writing a book (not her actually being in the production of writing one just that they would like her to write one). I would ABSOLUTELY buy that! Because I know Y E A R S ago (during her peak/early RP days) she talked about how much she loves story telling and how passionate she was about writing. And we already know she knows how to write a story and keep people in suspense. I think if she wrote a novel series I would definitely buy it and I think she could grow even more. But that’s just my two cents because I haven’t watched her because I’m more of a story-based viewer when it comes to most videos.

9:10 Back then, minecraft wasnt so popular- Nowadays people return to fandom,And Minecraft Roleplays like s3 of Mystreet(Like conceptly with camera angles) and are doing well with it- For example a Channel that isnt a roleplay channel had a Voiceactor starting his own Channel and gaining a lot a views,even if he never announced having a channel- Also People all around make either fantasy related content or Fnaf content-
Its kinda sad for the people waiting for Mystreet season 7, fangirling and watching it alot-

I feel like she is making the content she is now because her kids are watching her videos and she wants them to be things her kids will enjoy. I hope that some day she will again post roleplays for her older fans.
I completely respect what she does now, she uploads everyday and has kids and husband and newer views with her new content.
A part of me will always miss her role plays because it's what I grew up on, however I think after 3 years we just will not be getting anymore. Her content and channel has changed and I can always go back and watch old role-plays. Era of my life will be missed
She confirmed in a community post back at the start of 2021 that Mystreet WILL be returning, she just didn't want to feel rushed.

I'm still holding on to some hope that we'll get some kind of closure in terms of her rps. It doesn't necessarily need to be through a new season or even episode. Even just a community post confirming whether or not she's still planning on continuing the old rps is fine.
Kestin is the voice actor for Zane, Dante, and even Eric, which was from MyStreet. Kenmur was once played by Ross, who also played Daniel in MyStreet.

I’m just really sad I can’t see a season 2 of my inner demons ;-; I’ve watched it on repeat for 3 years. And basically I want their to be an ending for all her role plays, because so far there isn’t really an ending without a cliff hanger. I’m disappointed that she may never do roleplays again, but I’m happy fir her to be thriving with this new content. I just wish we could do both😞.
This news renewed my hope for the roleplays to come back like most of us older fans probably are, but I don't want to end up putting all my chips on it and get nothing. I'm glad that she seems to be having fun with her new content, even if some of us no longer finds it cool to watch. She's getting the recognition she deserves and that's good, but really, even if she doesn't continue the roleplays anymore, I would at least like it if we get a video from her and not her character, to tell us that it's really not gonna happen anymore and at least give us proper closure with the stories that built our younger years together.
Her stories, especially Minecraft Diaries inspired me personally, to pursue writing so I can make stories as vivid and interesting as she did too, so to see no updates on the story, nor any news whether it's gone for good or not... it can be very disheartening. Still, this seems like a very good news to us!
even though it’s been years and years since diaries went on a hiatus, i still rewatch them once a year. being there when season 1 was still coming out and getting to anticipate waking up to a new episode every day was the best feeling ever. so i hope she continues it, it was a project filled with so much passion

Im still hopeful she will go back cause honestly watching those made me haply. In my personal opinion the fact her rp channel has its video's back up feels like a way of her telling us. "Don't give up just yet." Because, why would aphmau put the videos back up if she wasn't going to use the channel?
The reason aphmau hasn't made an announcement might be because tbh she's scared. She doesn't know what will happen if she says she will contuniue roleplays again and in all honestly that's understandable. It's very likely a lot of people will rush her if the time ever comes where she makes rp's again and perhaps rn she isn't able to handle that but she's getting there.

I was a long term fan of Aphmau’s, and I started watching her stuff during the last season of Mystreet. Afterwards, I started watching all of her stuff up until 2021. I understand how she might not be doing the rolplays anymore to appeal to the newer audience, but it still makes me sad that she made such good stories and then just stopped.

To be honest all her roleplays ended up having cliffhangers and not being finished so- 😭 would be nice if she just even did a few paragraphs for each story saying how each one concluded so we’d have SOME closure

i hope they do end up continuing to upload because not only do i really miss MCD and want to see the story carry on to completion, but i also REALLY love Dreams of Estorra and when it was relatively new i was so excited to see it unfold. So when she stopped uploading her fantasy stories altogether i was really upset. I even rewatch the limited episodes there are of Dreams is Estorra because i genuinely love the story and concept so much and wish there could’ve been more done with it. But that being said, Aphmau is doing so well with her current content and i’m glad for her, so i totally understand why she may not want to put out rp content anymore now that she has a newer audience. I just have to find better ways to heal my inner child for now LMAO
I just found this video in my recommended. Note that during their panel at vidcon 2023 aphmau said that she would continue mystreet eventually. All we can really do is hope that eventually is soon. And diaries she had mentioned a book series

The first voice is a man name Castor who Aphmau used to share the Aphmau channel with. Who later started working with aphmau again. The second voice is a guy named Ross who used to work for aphmau briefly as well as Skydoesminecraft.
Another thing is that the videos on the Aphmau Stories channel were all set from Unlisted to Public

It’s also key to mention that kenmurs voice actor wasn’t a professional voice actor at the time, but a friend of aphmus who was also a UA-camr. They might have sent him this at one point so he get into character for the scene.

I sort of hope Aph will give her older viewers closure one day on whether she's planning on continuing RP? I would love at least one more season to MyStreet... even if it was the finale I just want to know how it would end LOL.
To be honest, I don't watch her anymore because I don't fit the target demographic of her new content, also it's probably easier for her to connect to her newer audience considering she's a mother herself and knows how to pander to kids but her old roleplays are so nostalgic to watch once in a while. Honestly, I don't think we'll see roleplays from her anytime soon considering the fact her new content garners so much views in so little time - the roleplays might not be a good investment if her newer/younger viewers aren't interested but honestly I hold onto the hope that they might.
Aphmau is the reason my best friend and I became friends back in second grade. We are both freshmen now, and we occasionally go and check on her channel. I watched her hit 2 million subscribers. It’s been interesting checking not only on her channel, but also her new fans. No matter what she decides to do, it seems like little kids follow her content.
I hope her career on UA-cam continues to thrive like it has been.

It's a bit sad to see how much her channel has changed as someone who was a fan as far back as season 1 of diaries, but it's also really nice to see the growth that the new content gave. Minecraft diaries was such an important series to me as a kid and has actually inspired some of my current oc projects. I don't think I would love fantasy half as much if it wasn't for Aphmau's roleplays, and although Iwould love to see them make a comeback, I would only want that if it wasn't going to be a stressful experience. I could see there was a change coming as soon as animations were included in episodes, and very detailed character models were included. I kind of miss what it was like when we had only just gotten voice actors involved, back before it all kept getting more complex.
Honestly, I would love if Jess would just turn the Mystreet/Diaries into a book series. I would love to read the seasons of Diaries and learn about what happened to the gang after the season finale of Mystreet season 6/7(?). She doesn’t need to continue the role plays but the cliffhanger she left us on is really making me hope she’ll start up again!

I've been watching for 8 years now (I'm 22 now) I watched everything from roleplays to hide and seak, I even got most the character pillows when they came out but I still watch the new content even tho it's more kiddy she still uses the same characters I love and bringing back more old characters warms my heart, so much I've started doing reactions to my street from the start.
Hopefully one day she'll give my street and diaries a proper ending after the sad notes they where left on, maybe they'll put it on the stories channel or maybe a book. I'll always have hope because I know she still loves those series just like the rest of us💜
I just wanna say, Jess has said before that she is working on another season for Mystreet! She said she was getting hate and pressure from fans to upload more than what she used to do she said she and her team will be making the whole season and uploading it as a whole rather than what she used to do!
We’re all hoping and supporting her for whatever she decides. She does read her comments though because I (and multiple other people) have been asking for the older people, Lucinda, Gene, etc, and she has been adding them in. We’d comment and in the up coming video, there they were! Maybe a coincidence or maybe she’s actually reading them and doesn’t heart a lot anymore ❤
I believe we can hope that she will bring back the RP becuase newer fans most likely will go back and watch them but I am like 95% sure she doesnt have the amout of subs she does becuase of the type of content she does but because she uploads daily it does bring results faster uploading daily it has been seen before.
The younger part of me hopes that she'll come out with some sort of roleplay. I started watching her the day MCD episode one uploaded. I was having a lot of home issues and saw her as a mother figure of sorts. I can't bring myself to watch her current videos as they're not my style but I still am here if something does come. I think her and her roleplays as well as the people involved in them will always have a special place in my heart.
Something I’d like to see is a roleplay series based on the newer versions of the characters since it may bring old fans back in and keep newer fans more engaged!

Many old fans are hating on aphmau because she won't make role-plays anymore but I'm honestly just happy for her. Even though her content is not much of my thing I will still watch and support her because she deserves its for helping me and so many more get through their middle school years lol (maybe just me?) But I've been with her channel for so long now not being able to watch her is heartbreaking. I really think you guys should go read it but it basically states that mcd should be returning by the end of the year. She edited that comment the same day she uploaded that video. I think she uploaded it to get peoples attention to her story channel so they can see the edited comment. She also explains why she hasnt said anything. :) thought yall should know this fact!
I've been watching Aphmau for almost 2 years now, and I remember watching MyStreet for the first time on my phone while getting ready for soccer practice, watching it when it was snowing out and after I was home from school watching MyStreet
One of the things I like to do on my free time is watching MSS5 and quoting it because I've seen it so many time because of no more roleplays. Back in Late Aug/Early Sep. 2021, my sister came to me and said "Lets write a season 7 of MS!" Our MyStreet Season 7 is a fun thing to read, but what is even funner to watch a actual MSS7.

One thing you didn't mention that I haven't seen mentioned yet, is that on Aphmau's shop a while ago they brought back the Lycan family hoodies. No idea if there's anything hidden behind that, but it does give me some hope. Since there wasn't much of a reason to do so, since Angels Fall was like 5 years ago, the com post was 2-3 years ago and the hoodie re-release was only a few months ago.

Even tho we all miss Mysteet, diaries and etc. But she has 15 million followers she just doesn't want to lose weight of subscribers just by continuing roleplay series

Honestly seems like the right time to start to continue one of rps cause of the new (younger) fan base she has now. It would push the young-ins to watch her older less viewed content and would satisfy us older viewers. Cause me personally I really want some more Minecraft diaries.
one of my theories is recently she has made a youtube short that features gean he was in the mystreet seasons and there is also a youtube video she posted called the lone wolf and it has travis in it (both having the same voice actress as mystreet). another theory i have is that she has used her phoenix drop high uniform in recent videos and in her newest video it has her in the uniform and in the bottom right corner there is a picture of Aaron as an ultima. these are some hints i have found.
Tbh ive been watching the view counts. Over the past few months he new content went from 10-5m views per to like 1-2m sometimes 3m views max. So looking at these and looking briefly back at roleplays. We aren't too far off to be honest. And thats sorta exciting
the other thing is all the videos listed, only a few weeks ago were not in "videos" they were only in the playlists, the channel was otherwise blank so the fact that the videos are back in "videos" is another sign. i may check the stories account every now and again, i like rewatching the stories.
I highly recommend the Minecraft SMP Empires series. It’s not too roleplay heavy and most of it is building but still very interesting. I like how chill it is but more pops up for the characters and they go on adventures.
If I’m not wrong, there have been two accounts where Moeka has confirmed that season 7 will be happening, at least to her knowledge. Once a while ago, and once on the 17th or 16th. I think that what will most likely happen, if there is a season 7, is that there’s still going to be the new content on Aphmau’s channel, and then on Aphmau Stories, there will be roleplays, even though if that does happen roleplays will be far between.
I learned something from reading her community post from two years ago in her 2021 new years post she says she does plan on making more RP’s and when she does it’s gonna be on her aphmau stories channel unless something changes
i really want her to finish mystreet, it was such a big part of my childhood and it sucks that it got left on a cliffhanger :( even if she doesnt tho, i really loved her videos where she played games with her friends (like prop hunt, guess who, that cat and mouse game) etc and i wish she would bring that back
i miss the roleplays but im proud of where she is now. However, i just wish we knew what happened next. With the way mystreet s6 ended, it set a base for what a 7th season could have been. If Aphmau had started writing season 7, or at least had the thought for the plot, it would be nice if shed release the story plot for the fans so wed have some form of closure if shes not going to continue making it.

Might I mention the voices are really different of ?Kenmur? The first clip shone seems more adultish, while the second one is kiddish(which if I’m not wrong is actually Rosses voice). This could mean they are trying to search for new voice actors for certain characters, and it could’ve been an accidental post(which it probably was either way)or it could be an older clip with voice references for the character. I’m hoping it might be the first ideal which is that she’s searching for new voice actors for certain characters, due to some cast parting away for the rp community. So hopefully it was a sign that they’re getting new people to work on a remake project, or newer projects.
I randomly had a dream where episode 1 of season 7 was posted, i remember the thumbnail so vaguely too, it had a maroon background and Aaron was the only character on it. im a fucking adult now and im for no reason at all dreaming about that shit. I think its because mystreet was a massive part of my childhood, something stupid, yet something incredible. Its a damn shame she chose the profitable route instead of doing right by her fans. Hell, her rps might make as much, if not more money than her new shit now that shows are youtube are more abundant. Shows like Hazbin, Helluva Boss, Lackadaisy, and Metal Family show that creativity is beloved on the internet. But knowing her, shes probably going to continue to capitalize
