Scott reminds me of a drill instructor. He doesn't take any nonsense or lack of passion, however I believe he is a cool dude whenever he isn't working his job.

You should look up Kitchen nightmares where Scott shows up. Ramsey calls him up for help and he actually is very calm and collected when helping run the kitchen. There’s been instances of him saving restaurants due to the incompetence of the chefs and cooks.

Chefs are just very prideful and egotistical. Also i personally know someone who was on the latest season.
Not everything has to be a fake conspiracy. I know living in the real world can be hard but its okay to believe in things once in a while.

I mean, this show has over 20 seasons, and every dinner service of every episode is practically the same commonplace experience: chefs struggling to cook food properly, sending raw or overcooked food up to Chef Ramsay, chefs arguing and creating drama amongst themselves, Ramsay blowing his stack at the chefs, and then kicks them out of the kitchen while diners laugh and scoff at them.
Same old matter of course for the past 20+ seasons.

Trev was getting yelled at by 3 people at once before this clip. He pushed back against them this one time and that's when Scott decided to take an ego trip. I would have walked out on the producers then and there.

It’s true if you’re sensitive the kitchen isnt for you, technically the show if it were to go the way it was meant to then all contestants should be working together and make it as smooth as possible and then Gordon would would such a hard time deciding and having to judge their food more rather then their attitude
Chef Ramsay & his chefs would not talk to the contestants like that if they weren't surrounded by security.

Current season favorite is Tennille. She cracks me up. I also like Ariel, but I think she’s too nice. She might get backstabbed before the end. I’m down to the final six contestants.
Jeez it's like some of them thought Black Jacket meant they won, not that they were the final rounds and still competing while having to work together.
The fact that Sabrina got a black jacket at all shows Gordon always cared more about ratings than quality chefs

It’s always the same pattern. In kitchen nightmares, Hell’s Kitchen, hotel hell. What is the reason that most of the chefs and establishments fail? It’s because the owners and chefs can’t take criticism and they take it personal. It’s one thing to have bad food, but a good chef would take the criticism and work to improve the menu. Almost anyone in kitchen nightmares or Hell’s Kitchen that leaves early can’t take criticism and as a result they have a slow development as a chef if any development at all. Take the criticism, learn from it, and do better next time
