I have mixed luck with Macys. I have gotten bags fully wrapped that are beautiful and haven’t been touched by anyone. I have also been sent returns that were damaged. It depends which Macy’s store is sending it to you. Luckily, Macys has a pretty good return process.

I have also received new, factory wrapped bags in boxes and bags from Macy's so you never know what you're going to get! I'm always nervous receiving a purchase from them.

Thanks! The color is Stone Blue and I bought it a few years ago at Macy's. Funny thing is... I have 4 Cassies and I almost sold this one. So glad I hung on to it! :-)
