Yeah, vegan recipes can be such a great inspiration to diversetise your cooking. Funny thing, with that you get closer to veganism without any stress and even realy noticing end even reducing is already a great thing for the enviroment. Many people eat meat more out of lazeyness to try something else, than out of actualy craveing it. If you just find the right things that work for you you can end up almost vegan by accidant without all the pressure of suddenly having to be all vegan and without any clue what to eat.

When you are in for a treat this is the Wicked meal to have! You can’t get better than this. I’ve been using a healthier Avocado oil which is great to cook with because of its neutral flavor and high heat tolerance.

EXACTLY, this is WAY BETTER than any dead (decomposing) animal! Plant based meats and meat replacements are sooooo yummy, and the resulting meal has such a beautiful, clean flavor! I was so surprised when I was new at this and started experimenting 6 years ago, to discover that this food tastes exactly like I always had been trying to make meat taste. Meat very often has an off flavor I worked so hard to disguise (the flavor of decomposing meat, I actually think, disgusting), but when I instead made my meat from plant based products like e.g. vital wheat gluten, I suddenly succeeded in getting a CLEAN flavour which I found delicious. So much fun to achieve as well❣️
I recently started to eat vegan/plant based due to health reasons. I had issue with gout. After eating vegan for 2 or 3 weeks no gout issue and I feel 100x better. Also I love this channel the meals are all quick and easy. I work 70ish hours a week. So the quick health meals at great. Amen to you brother you and youre channeling fantastic
Wicked at Tesco’s has been our saviour for the last few weeks. We just moved and the house is under reconstruction and the food we had to eat was delicious Wicked from Tesco’s. Thank you guys. We have been emptying shelves in all our Tesco’s in a 20 mile radius. I think we ate all the chocolate brownies. Went to 5 stores (yes 5 different stores) none to be found. Please restock. We have never been ready meal type of people but out of sheer need we thought we’ll give Wicked a try. The best vegan ready meals ever. 😃

Wow, such a crazy idea to use mayo in the dredging :D I usually go for chickpea flour + water/milk for the wet part and it works great as well BUT the mayo must have added some extra decadence in there! In general, the recipe is just FANTASTIC! I will probably not making it very soon, but I will happily be trying it out for a special occasion- you know, indulgent food is the best type of food to please a non-vegan fam :D

Love the way you cook..just like how like to cook - rustic, full flavours, earthy and above all vegan..I have never tried oyster mushrooms but will try after watching your amazing recipe..I will avoid the oil and butter and probably air fry my mushroom steaks..keep up this great work ✅

Quick question: We are getting great flavor with things like BBQ-style sandwiches using mushrooms (Lion's Mane, others) but they are often quite chewy... to the point where you really can't eat it sandwich style... just with a knife and fork. As a parent of a teenager who loves things sandwich-style: Any recommendations for reducing the chewiness of mushrooms for some settings? Soak beforehand, maybe? TIA!

I wonder why you don't deglaze your pan with some wine for the sauce? It would add a lot of depth. Or will the oat milk seperate?
