So I experienced a funny thing, I have been checking up on my drivers every time I am at a rest stop during my long hauls, and I noticed that most of my drivers are earning me money but for whatever reason I found one of my drivers that had more experience then the others was not only not making any money, but it turns out she was actually making me lose money, and so I ended up firing that driver and hiring a different driver and that new driver was making me money, so if anyone else notices that they are pretty much paying a driver to do absolutely nothing, fire them and hire someone else, I guess that is a part of management right?

Hell yeah and they will do nothing if you let them.. the devs of this game must know a thing or two about this gen.. how lazy workers have gotten. No work ethic whatsoever!? My girl driver is averaging $200 a day.. but I'm averaging over 60k a day! If she don't pick it up her ass is gone!!! Lol

I only hired one girl so far that had balanceed stats.. she's only averaging a couple hundred a day!? I average more than 60k a day it says lol. Damn slackers!!

I have a question so I'm pretty much very new in the game I want how do we like and lock like a like I can work place like a freckleiner place or just don't know how to unlock those places so I'm like stuck with the Peterbilt places but I paid a real place so yeah I just need some help you know questions on you know when you get some more places you know
Did the drivers work? Somehow my drivers are just sitting idle
You have to buy them a truck and put them on a route.
@@leronedatruth I have drivers and trucks but only two of my people have trailers out of 3 I have 4 trailers ones mine and ones idle and I forgot how to give the trailer to the driver
