Hi, I am watching your videos about how to keep your home cool. This is my first year here and my place stays over 34° every night because if I open the windows at night, lizards come in, even though the windows have screens. I live on the ground floor and the all the windows are louvered slat windows, not the solid glass sliders you have. Do you have issues with lizards coming through your windows? I was thinking about moving to a place with solid pane windows and also moving up from the ground floor.

34deg is hot! not sure how high your ceilings are. You might have to leave the AC on a bit longer than I do.
I have tiny lizards in my apartment, I think they come in through the space on the door frame. Not sure if you have the same-sized lizards or larger.
you can consider moving to a modern apartment with better windows for the next season or live with the lizards. they are harmless. :)
