A quick psychological experiment: Try for the next 30 seconds to not picture a polar bear in your mind's eye. You can picture anything BUT a polar bear. Snow is cool, grizzly bears are cool, just do NOT picture a polar bear for 30 seconds...
Okay, if at some point during that 30 seconds you couldn't help but picture a polar bear while trying not to picture a polar bear you just experienced what's called Ironic Process Theory otherwise known as "The White Bear Problem." The idea being that when we're actively trying NOT to think about something, we're actually much more likely to think about it.
Now, here is a sad funky song about thinking about things you're trying not to think about, failing at meditation and two polar bears insistently, adorably dancing through the pain.

Not thinking about events when you shouldn't think about them is impossible, as the experiment shows and it shakes us awake Polar Bear > an unfulfilled love for a person, to the view of this world! Things that affect all of our hearts! This is how I understand the song (?)

I heard this song this morning on WRSI (93.9 The River) and it seriously tripped me out. Was not expecting to hear about polar bears touching my hair and meditating and levitating on my way to work, I was laffin' in my car and it put me in a better mood than I was. Great tune!
