I didn't pick up on any of the names of the actors you mentioned other than Kietel. I think these movies always suffer with budget, so the action is just jumbled to the end. I'll take your word for it. I will probably skip this one. Great review, man. I'm catching up on the backlog of reviews. If you're saying this one is a waste of time, I believe you.

Shame they wasted Harvey like that. Haven't heard of it, and with so much to get a hold of I'd probably never pay it attention until it ends up in a dollar bluray bin LOL. Maybe. Good warning.

I find it hard to sit through low-budget action movies because they don't have the money to do anything impressive, and you know the story will be some bland schlop that barely justifies the action. At least when you see Michael Jai White or Scott Adkins in them they have some great martial arts. Good review, probably won't check it out though.
