You totally skipped how the Mic attached to the stand. You went from the stand...to putting the mic into the shock holder...that was already attached to the stand. That is my problem I am having. How the shock mount attaches to the stand.

@@ivanf2782 3:02 - “Find the microphone clamp for the specific TYPE of microphone stand you’re using.” If your stand has a 3/8”-16 attachment, you might need a 5/8”-17 attachment. There are adapters for a few bucks on Amazon.
