16 Moments Prey Take Down Predators With Their Horns

- Whenever we watch predators hunt their prey, we always feel like the poor victims are defenseless. Well, in this countdown, we have put together a series of videos where you can see predators get a taste of their own medicine. If you like to cheer for the underdog, it’s time to watch as we countdown 16 moments when prey takes down predators with their horns.
Gazelle Vs Cheetah
The cheetah isn’t the biggest cat, but it’s the fastest, so when it goes on the hunt, it’s not easy to getaway. However, the gazelle is also extremely fast and is equipped with a pair of longhorns that can do some damage. In this sequence, a cheetah decides to hunt a gazelle. It’s a race between two of the fastest land animals in the world. The cheetah hangs on to the gazelle's rearend, but it’s not easy for the cheetah to hold on. The gazelle is big and strong and keeps kicking the cheetah, which is having an awfully hard time getting a stranglehold on the gazelle.
The cheetah gets some help from its cubs, but it’s still very difficult for them to bring the gazelle down. The gazelle can move the adult cheetah which allows it to stab it in the mid-section and drive the cheetah into the ground. The horns of the gazelle are piercing the flesh of the cheetah and eventually, the gazelle escapes. The gazelle is not in great shape, but the cheetah is in even worse shape. You can see her side has been ruptured by the gazelle’s horns. With this injury, the cheetah will not be able to hunt and it could mean the end for her and her cubs.
Cheetah Vs Impala
This next battle is between a cheetah and an impala. The impala gives the cheetah a hell of a fight and it almost looks like the impala is going to overpower the feisty cat when it has it turned on its back and almost pinned to the ground. However, the cheetah manages to grab the impala by the neck and tries suffocating it. The impala is in trouble, gasping for its life as the cheetah cubs wait impatiently for mom to prepare dinner.
The cheetah, figuring the impala is dead, drops it to the ground and the cubs run in to begin eating. However, the impala, being the great actor that it is, was faking its death and runs out of there as fast as it can, enough for it to escape the grasp of the exhausted cat. That’s what happens when you serve dinner and it’s not well-cooked.

Why does it make me happy to see the prey taking revenge of the predator?
because you are more a prey than a predator yourself
@@larryjohnson8704 I agree. It reflects our own identity.
We like underdogs.
Same as a heist goes successful.
Villains winning a fight etc.
It's new
because your a predator yourself and your prey got revenge on you lol

Yes!!
Am excited to see the courage and braveness shown by them to protect themselves against the highly sophisticated once
That is not Courage and braveness, it's just natural instinct to survive.
Seeing the buffalo run in and defend their friend was really heartwarming.

I love the underdog getting the better of the predator.
Absolutely thrilling 😀 😄
Look the lion flying 😂
Yeah but what you see in this video is more the exception than the norm. I feel most of these preys could defend themselves if they learn to work as a team but they usually don't. Even some of the weakest ones like the impalas, if they all stick together and are willing to die for one another, that would be a headache to deal with no matter who the predator is.

I love this video because underdogs shows cats they can fight back and win! 🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
Wow im soo glad someone for once recorded the prey winning over the predator!!!
Confident is a great survival skill ☺️
very impressive and exciting to see the prey taking on the predator and winning the battle especially seeing a cheetah serving uncooked dinner to her cubs. Nice commentary, thank you

The Impala 🦌 playing dead, getting up & hauling tail was the best 1 😅😅

It really painful to waste the prey being devoured but its the cycle we have to learn, respect and decide not to intervene. These exeptional escapes though. Keep safe everyone

Cheetahs are like stealth fighters...... Awesome creatures
They move so fast the prey doesn't even know where to look when being surrounded. If it had the strength and weapons of a lion it'd be unstoppable
I am happy to watch at least the prey had victory over predators. This the best
The snow leopard and yak is incredible footage!
That Grant's Gazelle male at No.16 was amazing. The power and will to survive. That Cheetah should have let him go quicker, but her cubs needed to eat too, and I guess she thought she'd better prevail.
We can only hope that her would became infected and she was eaten alive by hyenas. Oh, and hopefully her cubs were eaten as well

At 7:39 clearly that lion has not just been injured. It is clearly starving and little doubt had been injured at some previous time.

Them cheetah cubs showed big heart!
Crazy to see how that cheetah is so much smaller compared to the gazelle! Nature is metal, not many folk would've thought a gazelle to grow that big, nor a cheetah be so small!
cheeta gets can only run for a short time and gets exhausted.
Love it . For once The hunter becomes the hunted.
Well actually, the hunter didn't became the hunted. It's simply the hunted fighting off the hunter.
This flik was great. A must see before you go out each day to do battle and be competitive.
It never gets old to see a flying Lion getting Gored! 👍
Physics am i right
I don't enjoy seeing Any animal have to kill just to stay alive They have young that are depending on parents providing for them. I would really like to know how all predators and prey can continue to keep living without eating or being killed!
Any animal with sharp horns and strength will be dangerous when fighting for its life. I didn't really expect a wildebeast to be as good as they are at self defense until watching them on youtube. I have also learned that wart hogs are very fast runners. Thanks Wild Life.

Fantastic photography beats hunting these animals. Commentaries also great! Collect more.
Very very impressive vedios indeed. If possible, please try to show them separate individiual vedios of each fighting. Every time I feel very sorry for the prey when a predator overpowers its prey and enjoying full dinner. I think most of the prey are equipped with little defensive mechanism to protect themselves. So I enjoyed your most of the vedios that showing prey defeating strong cunning predators. Keep it up. Good luck.
It's nature buttercup
It's really tough in the jungle but I love it when predators lose.
It's very rare to see such scenes in most animal documentaries
This shows that the life of a predator isn't an easy one either. They always have to hunt for their food and when they get injured its usually game over.
I had no idea an impala could pretend to be dead like that. My mind is blown
I'm always for the poor underdog. It's survival of the fittest that's for sure.
Young wild beast escape was superb 👌
Give awards for bulls , buffelos , deers , jerrafs as the outclass the predators
It's fun to see preys bullying predators. It's a very rare circumstance, so l never miss watching it. The most pleasure is when a buffalo tortures a crocodile and pops it into the air. Gee, it's great to see. Interesting video! Thanks.
it's not fun.. those predators are just hungry, and for your sole entertainment i just wanna remind you that we are also predators ourselves, just privileged and doesn't have to go through all these hardship for the sake of food.
@@cleogarcia7220 There must be an elegant etiquette to express objection. Whether or not it's fun, it's up to me to judge. I have an option to say it. That's what this space is for. No one is eligible to remind me of what l have to say or what l have to do. I've already got my norms in life, so why bother? ..... but if you really have to do that, express it in an ethical way, not in a belligerent one. Have a nice day.
I love when prey hits back
I love to see that when the Hunter becomes a prey I love that great
That elephant and bull scene was really crazy. The way elephant was holding the bull lika a ragdoll
I like how the cubs knowing thats their food and start running after a gazelle when it flees😂😉
Funny you😂😂😂
I reallly enjoyed watching the video. What interests me most is how the prey are able to fight back. Good video👍👍👍
Cubs: "Ma...you let our meal escape!"
The feign death worked.
The lions have the right to eat, but their prey has the right to defend itself. That's life until now
Even "civilized" humans, who have outlawed predation between humans, honor the right of every living creature, humans included, to defend its own life with lethal force. If there is only one absolute, undeniable law of nature, it would be this one. And only dangerous, predatory humans would ever try to take this right away.
@@rbrtck Actually self defense is not an excuse to use deadly force. Legally only force sufficient to repel an attack is permitted. More than that is punishable to the victim.
@@tonybarfridge4369 I said "defend its own life" which implies that one's life must be in immediate danger. Also, "lethal force" or "deadly force" means force that potentially could kill, which does not imply deliberate killing. With humans involved there is unsurprisingly a bit of nuance. Unlike wild animals, humans are forbidden to deliberately kill other humans (outside of war), but that does not preclude the use of lethal force until the danger to one's life has been neutralized. If predators die as a result, then they die, and if they don't, then they don't--legally, both outcomes are the same as long as the killing is not deliberate.
In short, humans are generally forbidden from *deliberately* killing other humans (which is murder), but are still authorized to use *potentially* lethal force in order to save our own lives (or the lives of others). This is true almost everywhere, and where it isn't or has been significantly compromised, it means that predatory humans have somehow managed to rig that society's laws to their favor. My original statement stands as written. It was not my intention to get into such detail, nor is it necessary except for explicit clarification. Humans generally retain the natural right of any living creature to defend life and limb using lethal force. Only predatory humans would dispute this, of course, in order to give themselves an advantage over their prey.
@@rbrtck I was only making a further observation, not attacking your response
@@rbrtck humans do not honour the right of every living creature to defend its life. Ever been to a slaughterhouse?
Thankyou you are the only channel to be honest and stand up with good videos fir a nice change 😊

Prey beat the predator
Damn. It's hard out here for a cheetah. 🐆
