Its quite fascinating to see how engineered the experience really is. Despite having some shallow slopes, the ride still feels like its constantly going fast. Being that its typically in the dark this essentially puts a blindfold on your riders, amplifying that ~feeling~ of the ride. You never know when a corkscrew or a drop is coming so they are all cranked up to 11.
It's looks great and good to I just love it so much it's looks like at Disneyland before I just love it so much it's looks good and great deal 🤝 with you know that
Gosh, it's like you thought they made this a regular thing. No, it was for a round of maintenance they needed the lights on for but didn't have to hut the ride down for.

Very soft, but it is cool in the dark.
It’s nothing more than a slow wild mouse type coaster.
Perfect
I still wondered when the drive would begin until...it was over !!!
I rode it in the light once but at Disneyland for a private Christmas event!!
Little bit not lot please I just make sure
I wondered what the tracks looked like
Seems less scary with the lights on since you can see the track
It’s different - scary bc you think you’re going to hit the scaffolding on the downhill sections.
Why were the lights on for Space Mountain at Magic Kingdom? Was it specifically for the 50th anniversary?

It was a Club 33 event.
😢😢😢
WHAT THE HELL? THE THING ABOUT SPACE MOUNTAIN WAS SPACE , YOU KNOW DARK 😢 ?
Yeah this is just a special event. I rode Space Mountain literally yesterday, in the dark- lookin like space!
Looks like Disney is going to have to retrack it yet again, if it's as rough as this feature suggests it is.
This is a video with the lights on.

Cut off the damn lights next time!🙄
It was a special event.
