Loved this vlog! friendly reminder to boycott starbucks, there are so many amazing coffee shops in NYC and Toronto that are small businesses that taste better and are not complicit in an ongoing G-cide.

Of course! We all do it, those apps are made to trap and keep our attention! No human on earth is perfect, we need to have some compassion when it comes to ourselves, especially in the modern world💚
I enjoyed this video so much, especially the way that you portray balance in your own life. What are your thoughts on fasted workouts in the morning?

I know that fasted workouts can be touchy! I think it is SO based on the individual! There are a lot of factors at play. If you are specifically looking to put on muscle, then I do not recommend fasted workouts. I also know a lot of women struggle with fast workouts. I generally don't train fast at home, BUT on vacation, I just know I will not work out later in the day. So, a fasted workout is the best choice FOR ME! I know this is a long answer, but health is nuanced, and we need to remember we are integrating these recommendations within a complicated life!

Thank you for being honest about your travel experiences. Like you, I don’t always feel my best when travelling especially my digestion. What specific supplements do you bring with you? Also, I love the idea of journaling. What exactly do you journal about? Do have prompts ?

I usually will bring N acetyl cysteine, magnesium, a probiotic and then any specific supplements I am taking at the time.
In terms of journaling I will usually just set a timer and try to writ down anything that come to mind (I call it word vomit), its a great way to get all my thoughts out on paper. I also love journaling on goals, what I want my life to look like in 1, 5, 10 years, etc... then reflecting on how I can move myself closer to that life today!
