At the 2019 Oslo Freedom Forum, he spoke about what else his Academy Award-winning documentary, Icarus, uncovered about Russia.

Everything is much simpler, remember in 2014 this Russian doping scandal? Well, this allowed the internal viewer to present it as another insult from the West, which increased the effect of the capture of the Crimea. And this time it will be the same, almost certainly. So this is just another tactical move of putin. Lets see it in near future
