    I’m glad you said you were a former lineman because I was wondering what your resume was because your insight was on point.
    As a whole I think the line played well because from the training camp notes they were getting butts handed to them. Wallace definitely looks like a player. Keep up the good content

    Layden Robinson looked pretty good too.

    I think that Wallace will be a good contributor moving forward. Still a rookie, but he has a long career in the NFL.

    This man needs to start over Vederian Lowe stat!

    If Wallace works out at left tackle, great. If not I think we found our future right tackle and draft high for a left tackle, idk why new england has thrown quantity at the position instead of quality

    *Ultimately this dude shouldn’t be forced to play LT just because we made minimal moves to fill the position. Would love to see him stay at that RT position and kick Onwenu back over to RG. Onwenu is one of the best RG’s in the league and while he’s played well at RT…the poor decision making in finding quality tackles as of late was the main reason why he bounced out to the outside.*

      They drafted him to play LT! They think he has the speed and can DEVELOP into a good LT. He’s super fast, so who knows. I’d trust Wolf at this point. This draft class looks like it might be one of the best we’ve seen here in over a decade! Jaylen Polk already looks like the best receiver drafted since Edelman!

      He played LT in college buddy but was bumped to RT when Fashanu got there. Penn State kept their guys versatile..

    Pats starting O-line should be Okafor-Sow-Andrews-Owenu-Wallace

    It would benefit both him and NE if he has swing Tackle capability BUT he certainly has a huge advantage playing RT due to it being his 1st learned position, compared to LT. Although he is playing LT right now due to injury and NE's lack of urgency to solve their O-line needs. Either which, he looks good 👍

      LT was actually his first learned position kicked to RT when Fashanu got to Penn state.

    But who was he doing this against as far as the opposing rusher?

    I'd love a Travon Walker vid bc I do not know wtf to think of him rn. He us over reliant on his bull rush right now and does not try to win around the edge much even though he can. Makes him predictable, but he still has potential and has gotten a bit better (tho his sack numbers make him look better than he is) over time. Just unsure at this point.

    Wallace seems pretty solid whoever 64 is wiffed or was beat in under 2 seconds a lot.

    Sanjit I'm trying to ask you a question if I don't know how often you respond maybe more on this channel. I'm watching the game and the quarterbacks are not shown in the same frame together. What do you think that means? Do they literally not talk to each other?

  • @rayr4320
    @rayr4320 Місяць тому +1

    Wallace was also a track and field guy at Penn. His lower trunk is powerful. His feet are quick. He can always absorb bull rush. One of the concerns on him was motivation. He doesn't come from poor people so there was a thought that he may not apply max effort to his own development. But that is a speculative weakness. You could just as well say because a prospect comes from a poor stupid family that he might be susceptible to bad lifestyle influences. I believe Wallace was one of the better selections by the Patriots. I believe Patriots will look to bring in an additional tackle as players are released during cut downs. Patriots offensive line is thin and remains the big question heading into the season. The Adrian Klemm situation last year exemplified how dysfunctional Patriots front office had become.

    They need to keep him on the right side.
