Always that chopping off of an angle at the bottom; the protection for the fingers and the establishing the placement of the keel, the crank and the bowl...
It's all about the process 👌
I Got It In My Mind To Cut
Out A Spoonrest & I Ordered
A Scroll Saw & When It Came
I Started To Cut It Out & I Was Kind've Nervous That I was
Gonna Ruin It. But After I Cut
It Out It Turnedout Just Great
👌
How many spoons do you usually make in a day, Andy?
Not many right now, but when it was full time I was averaging about 7 a day.
Hey Andy, just curious, what do you listen to when carving?
A little bit of everything! Podcasts, old hardcore, folk, guided meditation. Or sometimes nothing at all!
what axe was you using please?
Hi there! All of my tools are written up in the description 🙂✌️
You work with your left hand!
Keen eye! 🙂
Do You Live Here In The Us Or In Austrailia?
I live in Australia
Love the wood grain on this spoon
It helps me out, that's for sure 👌
I'm watching that darker patch on the back...
Cherry?
That's right! 👌

Thank you so much!
