Agreed, but you share the content you have on hand. Also, you would be surprised how many people watch this on a phone, so it works great 🙂 feel free to check out all of the other videos I have in landscape if you like ✌️
I got GB carver with a right handed bevel (almost flat on the left side if holding with the edge down), and i really like it. In fact i like it so much i now think of getting the same model with a "normal" grind, for general tasks. Single bevel is most excellent if you are going to try bowl carving, as i can flatten a much thicker piece. It is almost like a small hewing axe in that application.
Perfect beautiful Spoon 👍👍👏👏
Nice work!
Cheers!
would love to see a video on how u sharpen your instruments
I have a few videos on sharpening on my channel 🙂
@@andyspoons thank you kindly.
Silent is important 👍👌
🙌
Great video! I love it! Just turn it on and enjoy with your eyes and ears.
I'm curious what kind of carving knife you use? That looks very good.
Hi there, I'm not using a Sloyd knife in this video? Regardless, I try to write all of the tool information in the video description 👌
Happy to hear you enjoyed it 🙂
Thanks for the video. Which adze are you using?
I'm using a Fadir Tools (now Strongway Tools) small adze 👌
Hello Andy, what kind of pencil do you use for fresh wood?
Great question! I use a Faber Castell Polychromos, it gives me the best line without being too waxy. Highly recommended!
Thank you very much for your response Andy. @@andyspoons
Hello!! Did you drink Silky? what model?
This is the Gomboy ✌️
Neat project but the vertical aspect ratio isn't ideal for UA-cam. Tiktok maybe.

Have you tried a single beveled axe yet?
I have! They are very efficient, but I think I still prefer an equal bevel for general use

A spoon? Why don't you make a shoe for a pretty girl or a boat?
Why not indeed! A question that keeps me up at night
