You make so much sense , can you advise on my 2008 Chrysler Sebring Touring Hardtop convertible. the top will not open. Any suggestions would be awesome. the dealer has put it on a computer thing and replaced the truck latch $150 bucks as that is the only error that came up
Possibly a relay....... But take that with a grain of salt, I got a 91 Firebird that I can't get started..it fires, but as soon as you push on gas, it chokes and dies....replaced fuel pump, gas lines, gas tank, I'm out of ideas. However you gave me an idea....one of these days I'll post a video showing my problem and hopefully someone will have an idea. Good luck! Got plenty of time before warm weather.
Right now, I can't recall...It has been sitting in dads garage for 6 years lol It was the first car I ever bought, so I'd like to get it running sometime. I'll ask dad if he remembers...he tinkers with it from time to time.
Those clips are not user friendly I end up breaking the tabs off of them. Hope you get it all fixed I'll check in in a few days to see how your coming along with the fix.
THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. SHOULD HAVE WAITED UNTIL YOU HAD THE PART. AND THE N A M E OF IT. MOST OF THE FILMING WAS OF THE BELLY OF THE GUY WORKING ON THE CAR. ( IF THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL IT) IT DIDN'T EVEN REALLY SHOW ANYTHING. NOR HELP AT ALL. THIS WAS S U P P O S E D TO BE A HELP TO SOLVE A PROBLEM. N O T! UNLESS IT WAS A GUT HEALTH WARNING. WASTED TIME🙃
I push the button and nothin' happens. 🤔 Cant tell if my hydraulic pump is useless or not... Or MAYbe its my switch? Better swap the switch since its cheaper than a pump? Good work!

Good luck Cliff, I had to replace the convertible top module on my SSR . that sting wasn't cheap.
Thanks Lloyd I hope to get it straight soon.

That cubby hole is a great stash spot!
HMMM never thought of that,
They do not make things easy these days, but I know you will have it working in no time.
With a little luck I have time before top down weather gets here.

We drive with the top down in Lancaster, SC. Lol.
