My friend Courtney created this track. This is a re-imagining of the original. Courtney's EmaxII broke down during the final mix-down of it, and he borrowed my own EmaxII to finish it. I was in the heavily graffiti'd warehouse studio when he and DJ Spun finalized the cut. They sat at their workstations and smiled at each other as the mix thundered through the speakers. They knew they had something special here. I wouldn't trade that for anything.
DOitTOtheCROWD - dude I was chillin with Spun and Courtney at their studio when they were working on this track back in the day. It was a little warehouse where they had a silk screening shop setup. Lol
I first heard it on a DJ Spun mix (I think it was "Can you turn on"). I have the single now. and "Doittothecrowd" is a Twin Hype track we use to jam to. Any connection ?
this is the acid breaks that i do love oldschool acid break beaks are the bomb along with the true early hardcore breaks thats the real rave music that will never die
@calisheephead as I recall they were both really good. I got rid of all my old vinyl a long time ago so can't remember the b-side tune really but I remember them both being excellent.
A little late to the comment party here but the b side is "Central Fire (Yes People It's Time Part 1 & 2). Part 2 has an awesome little break towards the end that Rayce and Joe V used in their remix of Bahamut's "Global Pandemonium", funky as hell! I'll put'em both up on my page soon.
That shout went out with steady beat n a boom! 💯
Quality tune.. 1luv 😎
Possibly The Sickest Break Track Ever. Have 2 copies on Vinyl. One I play & One still in the wrapper.
Chemical Brothers dropped this in '95 in their residency at Turnmills Heavenly Social. I was there. They were terrible at mixing but had good taste.
hilarious! don't doubt it.

@djmannybeats74 me too man. This song just kicks it.
thank you
There are samples of U Roy's "Wake This Town" in this - "... about the musical disc coming your way." 3:30
No way! I just now saw this and looked up the song. Amazing that you recognized that! I would have never had a clue who that was.
@drexell101 DJ Spun!! I used see him in Seattle all the time during the early 1990's. I used to have this record; awesome cut!!
Bit of Underground Resistance at the end.
I was told by a guy who told me to play a part backwards and here what is says, if you got it, play vocals backwards and here what it says.
