+secteuow also the white line on the capacitor represents the negative lead. that's how to know the polarity if the leads got trimmed off.
how do you know where to break the track, i cant work this out.

Can you do a tutorial on an astable multivibrator on veriboard I have to do one for college and I'm still not sure I understand
Please be careful when using a breadboard. It will create frequencies that will enter your body and cause damage.Wrap either the breadboard or your body in tinfoil to block out the frequencies. You must be careful with frequencies.
