I have lived in Pahrump for 17 years, hiking several times per week, and I have NEVER seen Big horn sheep... elk & deer, but no sheep. Regarding "water" - yes, we have it, but most properties do not have water rights - you will need to buy them at $7500-10,000 for acre foot. Pahrump is a great place to live, but do your research

We get your point, but for most folks who live outside of Pahrump, it takes them 45 minutes to get to the other edge of town. Seems like a nice breezy drive to us without the hassle of traffic. thanks for the feedback!

Hi, Valley Electric (our power provider) has a strong digital wi fi set up and rise broadband is a bit faster at up to 100 mps
