First video I've seen of yours, watched snd subscribed! Brilliant for people new to the gas, thank you so much for your time & effort. Will look forward to future videos & watch the rest. Salam & jazakullah 👍🙏
Great video, very informative. just wondering why the Opentherm connection wasn't used with the EPH control,? Do you prefer to connect with standard on off control connection?
salam bro how can i contact you? really need your help. rad wont heat up. been trying different things for 5 weeks but no luck. heres what ive done so far: 1. released air 2. removed air lock. 3. changed both valves. 4. used sentinelx400 and 800. 5. flushed system many times. once i took magna filter off, connected a hose and drained each rad individually but when i got to that rad pressure was rising but nothing coming out of return so i opened up another rad and water shot out! i suspect theres a blocage somewhere but pipes all all under floorboards! what can i do. is this something you would do? many thanks
lol I just had a professional plumber come look at my boiler he said sorry mate boiler is no good it’s £4000 for a new one lol I went on eBay braught myself a new pcb boards fitted it myself in five minutes called the plumber up to come look at another job and asked him hod did I fix this boiler for £42 myself as I’m not a plumber he went red and run off so people when a plumber comes and says it can’t be fixed there just ripping you off call someone reputable
Sorry for how this plumber tried to rip you off and glad you were able to get it sorted, don't let one bad experience with a crooked plumber tarnish them all. Most Heating and plumbing engineers I come across are genuine, honest tradesmen but like every industry including mine there will always be some cowboys wanting to rip everyone off.
@@PlumbingDoctors if you get one, make sure you cover the sink plug hole with a few cloths if it's an internal condense run, otherwise food matter all over the ceiling!
Another superb well explained video. Would you still recommend anyone thinking of doing the gas courses etc even though the future looks to be hydrogen or will the boilers be much the same only difference the fuel. So did you say when you here water in the boiler that’s the condensate blocked but should there not always be water in the boiler or is it that loud bubbling of water the symptom of a blocked condensate. Thanks again total gentleman.
Yes i still think there is loads of work out there for everyone. In regards to the sound; if the boiler makes bubbling sounds then water is not draining from the boiler in to condense pipe and this is an indicator to the issue.
Absolutely no reason to go online to find out what is the code saying...the codes are always... for the most part... either on the back side of the service door or inside on the side panels inside the boiler... the booklet the unit came with should always be near the boiler... even inside the boiler if there is enough room... that has the codes as well...I have yet to come across a high efficiency HVAC unit... regardless if it is a boiler... furnace...or even a water heater for hot tap water...there is always a control panel door that has the codes on it
Thank you, very helpful. This video helped me fix my condensed boiler
Glad it helped

Get a Gallo gun. Boom 💥 condense run unblocked. Also handy for blocked cold feeds on our/v systems.

Sikkk vid.
You should of turned the power off before removing the condense trap .
Mashallah really good vids of yours nicely explained keep it up bro
Alhumdulilah
Correct me if I'm wrong, wasn't he suppose to replace condensate trap with clean water and not leave trap empty.
I ran the boiler until water came though the trap so it was fine 🙂
If its 5 years old ,you should be changing the top seal .
Don't think the flue is to regs as there's a cover over it
I don't like those heat exchangers .
Fantastic where are you Exactly in London ? You do Gas certification?
Why do you think I'm in London?
Doing a full service is hell . I don't like those heat exchangers
Do you take on trainees
I already have an apprentice which will be with me for the next 3 years 🙄👍🏻
