So much help Mr. Allen. As a construction contractor I’m confidently pulling HPOP today for rebuild on ‘02. Thank you Clint. I’ve been searching for some time for your email to forward your compensation. I know you don’t want unwanted attention. It’s a larger amount and I give enough to UA-cam already through other channel donations.

@@CUSTOMWORKS7.3PSD thank you for your knowledge Clint and continual 7.3 PSD support. I just messaged Riff Raff Diesel inquiring about a wiring harness and was told that the OE harness for my 2003 Excursion VIN is obsolete. Do you have any suggestions on where I might be able to find an OE harness?

Your videos are awesome. I took your advice and sourced an OEM harness for our new to us 97, but haven’t built up the courage to rip the old one out yet to swap it. We aren’t having any problems but there are connectors that have broken and the wires are approaching 30 years old so I figured this would be a great to have upgrade while I can still find them new from Ford. Thanks for all the great content!

I have a 1999 E459 7.3L powerstroke turbo diesel ambulance and after the engine was exchanged by a shop I lost the horn (relay clicks), windshield fluid pump, and AC, all worked beforehand but now they don’t. Runs great, otherwise. I don’t know if they left something disconnected or if my wiring harness doesn’t match the used engine, I’ll keep watching your series to see if there’s some guidance because electrical is kind of voodoo to me and I’m doing my best. Thank you for your videos

I'm still running the factory harness on my 2000 F250 I could buy a new one but I also know how to build harnesses it's very simple as long as you get the connectors you just rebuild it with new wires if it's a little complex and confusing just change each individual wire so you don't mix them up

😂😂 yes I still need to replace my harness. It’s on my list for the truck. Thank you so much again. Off topic, my oil analysis report came back and I’m slightly concerned. All wear metals came back higher than average but still within threshold (from what i can find). Bought truck about 8years ago at 260k, currently 297k on it. Drive it 5k/year on average. 1st analysis done and I know I should wait for trends. Any thoughts? Much appreciated thank you

I have a question. Great running 2000 F250 dies when warmed up. Changed the CPS with one from FORD bought on Amazon. Hasn’t died since but doesn’t run as good in my opinion. Its subtle. People say the amazon FORD CPS’s are counterfiet. I ordered 2 more from Riff Raff, they look IDENTICAL Same bag, same color, same color purple O ring. Are they different or the same? Cost $8 more each. Should I change it AGAIn just to see if it runs better? My first thought when I got the CPS swapped was “now it runs like my 2002 Excursion. The F250 has always run better than the Ex.

Good Morning I enjoy your videos I recently had an issue with my 7.3 6 SPD F550 2002 it has always run great. I had a trailer on and while towing the truck threw a code and was running terrible ,I suspect it was the wiring harness on the passenger side bank played with the wiring, the code cleared , we continued on. It happened several more times and after playing with the harness connector it would clear the code and run again, it barely made it home. I had a mechanic friend of mine who works at a local international dealership. He tested it all wiring tested ok, but the IPR wire was an issue, and the IPR was oily. We replaced it. I tried finding an OEM wiring harness for the 6 SPD but I could not find anything . Without redoing the whole harness could you do the harness mods that I need.

Clint, I am taking your advice and doing a "performance upgrade" for my 2001- F550- 7.3- 4WD with the 6 speed manual transmission. I have the new OEM Ford wiring harness for an automatic transmission as the manual wiring harness is not available as you know. My question for you sir is:
Does the 2001 model year need to be wired any differently than the 2002 model year that this video is about regarding adding the extra coolant sensor wire to pin 18 to make it function correctly?
    Thanks
