This video shows Kage Ryu from the Yanagawa Han doing Batto (sword drawing) with a very long sword. The draws and resheathing of a sword of this length is remarkable. The school is said to be in it's current 12th generation with Ozuyama sensei and was said to be founded by Yamamoto Hisaya Masakatsu. It's said the lineage traces it's roots back to the late 1500's with connections to Hoki Ryu and Hayashizaki Jinsuke. The school is still being taught in Fukuoka City, Japan.
