I have a question how can we fit in term of for fast bowling in long time. Shoaib is saying running 🏃♂️ everyday is not good so please ur opinion
@ZeeshanAli-lb1oj Many factors needs to be assessed by a physiotherapist. Protocol/management plan varies from patient to patient. Please get physically checked by a sports physiotherapist.
Running is also subjective. It can adverse some conditions and it is beneficial in other.
Start doing low intensity running. I mean aram aram se. Or use treadmil on 5 degree incline. Start slow and then progress slowly over time.
Lekin sab se behtar ye hai k sports physiotherapist ko check krwayen.

High Tibial osteotomy is a beautiful option for those suffering from knee pain due to medial compartment osteoarthritis. Modern orthopaedic surgeons have forgotten to offer this as an option in younger patients vs the most lucrative knee replacement . I being an orthopedic surgeon would anyday choose HTO with Orthofix...
