Canned coconut milk comes in two kinds - coconut milk and coconut cream. I use coconut cream if I need thick coconut milk. Btw, coconut cream is known as kakang gata or first extraction.
Hindi siya dapat dumikit kasi may margarine na sa mixture at naturally oily ang banana leaves. Practically nothing sticks to banana leaves after maluto. Please review the recipe ma'am baka may nakalimutan ka.

Maam ask lng po anong difference sa glutinous flour sa tunay na bigas/malfkit na bigas?saan ang mas mainam gamitin?
Glutinous rice flour is powdered malagkit rice. Easier to use ang glutinous rice flour kasi hindi ka na magbabad nang bigas malagkit at magpa giling.
