    Ang sarp nito! I remember every Christmas I used to sell this infront of our church after the misa de gallo with salabat or avocado tea as drinks. Ahhh memories sarap balik balikan.. mahirap gawin eto back in the days.. thanks chef for this easy recipe of puto bumbong

    daghang salamat sa recipe po chef? naa unta ko pangutana po chef, pila ka adlaw madaut ang puto bongbong chef? unsa ang buhaton chef aron mas taas ang iya shelf life? ty po chef

      Mga 3 days man dili madaot but you need to put it in the ref. Inig ref nimo mogahi siya kay rice man. Imo na sad e reheat. Btw, kung e ref nimo dapat walay mga toppings kay kung duna madaot dayon siya within the day because of the coconut.
      Puto bumbong is made fresh gyud. So make them frresh kay dali ra man sad mag steam.

    Ilang days po tinatagal ng puto bumbong? Ang gaano po katagal ang shelflife ng puto bumbong mixture (raw mixture) kung ndi ko p lulutuin

      Yung luto na, you have to consume within the day unless you did not put the topping. For the raw mixture, you can keep in the refrigerator for 3 days or freeze for 2 weeks.
