Not putting amber lights in the Rear WHERE IT IS NEEDED MOST is ridiculous and cheap of Toyota.. Being seen at night and during the day in an emergency with yellow lights rear lights is EMINENT

I always thought I was being dramatic, but I plan to NEVER buy a car without a separate lamp/bulb for a turn signal. I wish the USA required ambers.

At least the mirrors' amber signals might compensate for that. Are they only on the XSE, though?

@@DefundTheFringes such tiny yellow lights on the Mirror. Toyota has us all by the B ALLS. THEY KNOW THEY ARE RELIABLE AND HAVE A FOLLOWING AND SO IT IS EASY TO GIVE US SHIT

Toyota needs to improve the interior lights

Agreed. Toyota is not a fan of interior lighting. Even on their luxury models they tend to stay away from ambient lighting.

The non-hybrid models still have a nice front end.

I wonder what logic goes through Engineers heads when they make approach lighting the interior lights. How’s is that going to help me see around the vehicle 😂😂.

Toyota didn't activate the amber rear signals, but opted to use the brakes for the signal. Cheap and looks terrible. In Canada we now have standard front and rear running lights due to Toyota's always driving with their lights off at night. Funny enough, Toyota opted to not implement the Front and Rear running lamps on their vehicles and they still drive at night with all their lights off.

Those headlights look like a bit lower than normal.

Somehow Toyota always manages cheap out on the most ridiculous things you can imagine. No wonder it is the most profitable auto manufacturer. Maximising revenue while minimising production cost. Those high/low beams seem to perform worse than they first introduced on Corollas, which is absurdly enough that they went backwards.

Toyota has a lot of brand loyalists. Brand loyalists don't shop around. Therefore, they don't know what they are missing.
