You can do it mate! Almost there. My portfolio is going up. 20% YTD, which I think is slightly beating the S&P. I do like that my portfolio is going up, but it bugs me a little when my favorite stocks are no longer undervalued and I have to look elsewhere.
Yeah me too, just started buying this week, I have about 100 bucks worth , and I’m gonna be adding 5 dollars a day until I see a better buying opportunity!!:)
Of course and great question! So the total invested is not including DRIP or dividends because that portion is right below in the dividends received that way its separate. Total invested is only my deposits!

Great question! I personally am not a fan of covered call ETF's cause a lot of them lose value over time or the dividend growth is all over the place and inconsistent. I'm more like to buy a REIT or BDC for higher-yielding stocks.
Averaging $2000 is insane! I can't do more than $300 at the moment.
Good luck brother!
Thanks! And $300 is better than nothing! Keep it up💰😎

Thanks! And good stuff! And I agree big time, its tough when solid companies become overvalued then you’re less confident when buying them.
I expect the REITs to go even higher towards the end of the year as the Fed will drop rates. Great numbers JP! A big step closer to your goals!
@@whipless9668 Agreed 100% with the REITs. Thanks for the continued support!
Great update!! I am trying to grow my V position also!
Thanks! And good call on V same here👍

Ayye my man! 😎 thank you sir🤝
thanks for the video. In your table where it has total invested do you include the drips/auto reinvest from your dividends received? thank you
Would love to know the answer to this question bc I don’t include it

@@JP_Dividends thank you for clarifying, your video inspired me to make a few changes on my tracking sheet, very inspiring
Have you thought about using any of the covered call ETFs like QDTE, Yieldmax…etc?

The only one that's worth a shit is JEPQ
Awesome uodate. Have you spoken on Google or Chevron lately? If not, I'd love to see them in a future video.
Thank you! And I have not but that's a great suggestion so I'll post a stock analysis on Chevron either tomorrow or Sunday!
@@JP_Dividends Awesome man. Keep up the content!
