The Thermo Top Evo heater is used in conjunction with the original vehicle heating system
- to heat the passenger compartment,
- to defrost the vehicle windows and
- to preheat water-cooled engines.
The new Thermo Top Evo parking heater generation has been

installation space. This means that the vehicle is ready to start

It has already. You have three timers you can set. You set the date, the time and for how long it should run.
How far from the car have you tested the remote control? Does it work even with the opstacles ?

I switch on aux heating today on my audi a4 allroad quattro 2015 and i saw smoke comming from the engine, I panicked and I switched off auxiliary run the engine everything worked great after 20 minutes ride but I’m still wondering if auxiliary is fine or did I damaged something
Hi! It is normal to see some "smoke" because it takes fuel from the tank and brings it to the heater. It is located in front of the car, on the right side (passenger's side) and there you can also hear something when heater starts. Let me know if it works and everything is fine.
Exaust from webasto etc is located in front, under the engine..so, this is normal..nothing to worry about
Nice video, in these instance how long did it take to completely defrost the snow and the engine coolant warm?
Hallo and thanks! In 30 min the car is ready to go ad it is already warm inside and the ice is melted. I just posted another video, was not so cold outside and the snow was fresh. You can also set the temperature of ventilator at maximum and there will be a better response
@@CiprianChicano Great stuff...Very handy...Diesel engines these days are too efficient and dont produce much heat. Things like Webasto do help for sure :)
@@easybaby8547 Many diesel cars these days have heater coils in fresh air conduits to solve this problem. Of course both these and Webasto require electricity so with short distance driving at may become a must to charge the car battery weekly.

Hello! No, AC will start if motor is on. If you start this in summer, it will bring some fresh air in your car.

Does car came with factory instaled Webasto or it is instaled aftermarket? Is it possible aftermarket instalation and integration with climate control (Audi A6 C6 model facelift)?
My car came with this Webasto installed but you can install webasto on your car (and I think aftermarket also but I am not 100% sure)

Nice video! My heater does not start, when i press the start button it flashes the green light for 2 seconds and then starts blinking red. Do you have any idea of what the reason could be?
Hello and thank you! There can be a problem between remote and the car, something about synchronization. You should go to a local dealer and ask for a diagnosis

60-100 minute is too much for battery and for diesel too.
Who said anything about 60-100 min? You can program at 15, 30, 45 or 60 min. maximum. I usually use it for 15 or 30 min.
@@CiprianChicano ok, 60 minutes drain ~10Ah from battery. Sound OK but isn't. Drain after drain with no time charge.
@@TheUPX you can just turn on the car and drive for a while.... the alternator will charge the battery. And webasto can be used for making a decent temperature inside the car, you don't need to use it until it's 25°C inside..... if it's freezing outside I guess 15°C is enough for you to get in, start the engine and carry on with the trip, leaving the heating for the engine to do it and shut down webasto

It actually has it own fan but when installed by dealer it automaticly turns on oem fans in dash
