- Today we make it to our campsite in West Glacier! We started the day in Gardiner Montana where we met up with some friends back home before heading to Lake 5! Its a beautiful spot right in the gateway to Glacier!

I was last in Glacier in 1976. It was the most beautiful place I had ever seen. Still is.

Always found running into to the water and going under was the easiest way to get used to the cold water. Worst is if there is a cool breeze. Then you stay in up to your shoulders. Hope everyone is enjoying yourselves.

Beautiful country. I love when the Elk just lay down where they please. Here in Pennsylvania we have certain areas where Elk are really plentiful. They will just walk in your yard and lay down. Be safe and enjoy.❤😊

These are wonderful holidays for your children. They are memories they will cherish when they are older. I always find getting in cold water the quicker you get in and swim about the better it is and doesn’t seem as cold.

Hey, kiddos, it looks like y'all are having a wonderful time. Yes, Buddy, I would love to live out there. Get a couple of horses to ride on the ranch. Have about 6 black Angus cows & 1 bull so I could start raising them to sell & just live off the land. Get up in the morning to ride a horse to do a fence check, then go gather eggs out of chicken coop. Only I would have to win the lottery jackpot because I would need at least 200 acres. Thank you for taking me along to see heaven. Wyoming and Montana reminds me of what heaven would be like in my mind. GB, y'all stay safe & take care. Plus, enjoy yourself 😊

For years, my hubby didn’t want to travel out of the country, he said there is so much beauty and great interest in our own country! I don’t often say this, but he is right! 😃 We have been fortunate to be able to visit most of our states. One that we haven’t seen is Texas! Someday! I have family in Pinedale, Wyoming and were visiting this past May! Every time we would go around a curve, we were awed by the beauty and enormity of what we could see. It is awesome that you are taking these trips with your family, making wonderful memories! Safe driving!

Wow!! It's so beautiful! I love Ilora (sp) asking if she can pet caribou or moose or whatever that was. "Can I pet that dog". Girl, you're about to get stomped if you tried. I loved that moment. We women will try to make friends with every animal. 🤣🤣

Montana is a beautiful state. I grew up in the Bitteroot Valley, near Corvallis and Hamilton. I went to high school in Corvallis. It was much smaller then. We had about 100 students in each of the 4 grades. Thank you it was nice to reminisce. 💖💖💖

Buddy and Steph when we took trips when I was young dad would give me a cardboard box I could only fill it up during the whole trip… sometimes we were gone for. 6 weeks… Bryce, Zion, Grand Canyon painted desert Pueblo villages Cliff dwellings turquoise fields, lava fields, Alamo, Texas… It was fantastic times sleeping in the car, which was a station wagon, dad cooking meals on the engine of the car while we were driving… course they were wrapped in foil, so no car oil got in your food…. Would drive you crazy the smell believe me… you were super hungry when dinner time finally came around… so much fun and educational…

Your drone footage was amazing! It looks like the kids are having fun. When I was growing up my dad would save his vacation time & he would take all 4 weeks at once. We traveled all over the country pulling a camper. I don't remember a lot of it & when I got to be about 14 and didn't want to go anymore we stopped doing it all together. My dad bought a boat & we instead spent our summers at the lake. I loved it! We could bring our friends with us & we spent our days out on the sandbar swimming.

My parents would have gone not with all of those but they didn't. We had to work all the time. There was never no vacation. Nothing but all work. Thank you for sharing this worthless.
