I was into loud systems as a teen ! It’s was awesome days but now 20 years later deaf in one ear and constantly ringing in the other! Wear ear plugs plus ear muffs people don’t be stupid like me and full of regret 20 years down the road 👍
I had that ringing for years. Still have a loud system but never go past 6 on the volume now. I stand outside and out use the remote stork if people want demos. wont risk my ears anymore. I will sell soon.
As a preforming musician I always wear them. Every show, except for when I'm playing (sound on stage us much quieter). But in the crowd I always wear them. And if you invest in good ear plugs, it sounds better with them!
@camshaft... I've been doing this since 92' still have My hearing intact and hears better than most People i know😉 but u are right! Everybody should be wearing protection...
Still doing it today in My spare time plus playing metal drums... 🤘
WHAT?!
Nah just send it I still ain’t heard a system that makes my ears hurt and my cousin has 100K in stereo madness
i bet that glass dust has healing properties for the lungs
Windshield smoke, don’t breathe this
😂😂
Lol
@Nyum91 RedZonE Toramer lol na

I love how they're bobbing their heads and look completely miserable at the same time
I like how stuff just floats/vibrates around in the cabs. That's awesome. I'm almost 50 now and back when I was in high school bass was just becoming a thing. Couple people had a couple twelves in their vehicles back then. It has become way more powerful since then.
Is it though? I feel like it peaked here in MI around early 2000s. I remember there used to be shows all the time (went to many in my heyday of car audio). I checked into it not too long ago to maybe go to one for old times sake and there wasn't diddly around here. If i ever did a system now, itd be more SQ haha. Gone are my 150+ db days. Listen to mostly metal and rock now anyhow..
Yea dude it's awesome. Subs out there pushing 6000 Watts a piece now. Unreal
17:14 that is real real bass man

11:43 that kid is going to be a bass head forever. His look is priceless!
That kid is going to be deaf, believe me. Poor boy. If you want to crash your cars windows and your ears, go ahead, but don't do it with a young person, for God's sake
Bass doesn’t hurt your ears, high frequency does
@@c.b.6485 I wouldn't risk if he was my son, as several new scientific studios conclude low freq sounds can also damage the ear, perhaps permanently:

@@pablovega6937 @pablo ...wives tales. Been listening to hard bass for 30+ years, hearing is still 10/10.
Tails The fox finally yes someone understands like you!
When I went to a top fuel drag race, I got to sit near the front of the stands at the starting line, doubled up with ear protection. The cars would vibrate my vision so everything was blurred for a couple seconds and my whole body shook. Never experienced that raw sound pressure before. Awesome experience.
I put a 1200 watt subwoofer and amplifier from Skar Audio in my 2005 Dodge Neon as a project and that thing absolutely blasts! I have to keep it low when I'm in town and when I come home after work but people always stop and stare never expecting such a small car to be so loud. I have so much fun experimenting with sounds and systems in my free time lol.
I love the fact that you can still get excited about other people's systems weather they are just beginning or blowing windshields out. it makes everyone exited when you get excited. and the praise you give everyone for their ingenuity is awesome!

Wat this dong
Man it’s been over a decade since I’ve been in the audio game. Last vehicle I remember being in at a competition was that sundown truck with like 23 12s or something. It scared me then, and I can only imagine how far technology has come since then.
That's freaking insane !
I have only once in my life since something similar to this at a gas station.
A Swedish guy came to Denmark and I was there at that spot by luck, and he told me he used 20000 $ on his system.
When he turned up the system to the max to showoff for me at the gas station, the roof over us started to fall down piece by piece.
Absolutely amazing !
4:28 dude got a 8" subwoofer holed to his ear
Yes. It's perfectly that lol. He can put a mini woofer ^^
yeah, sickening isnt it....
He should put to at the back
Nah it’s a 6.5

I love all of the LED work people do! I always put custom LED lighting that I programmed in my setups I install.
I used to build competition car stereos in the early 90"s. Now I have a ringing in my ears that never stops. It is called tinnitus. Sometimes it drives me crazy. I wish I had never built those crazy loud stereos.
This is acually insane not gonna lie but I don't think I would ever do this. I would still like to hear when I get older....

@Hazards De lol from the high's maybe but definetly not from the bass! It takes a shit tone of bass to damage hearing! 😎
He was a pussy
@@sinewave3323 i could imagine bass that LOUD could also damage your ears if only due to the vibration in your auricle. Also the bass makes other things vibrate causing also loud high frequencies
Your intro music to that truck with the purple baskets and purple lights running throughout that truck gives me goosebumps 👍
This has to be fantastic on your ears. I mean I like some bass but I want to be able to hear later in life.
0:58 I've seen this guy in 3 videos so far he literally waves to everyone

My Guy Literally Blowed His Windshields...Crazy Build.
Its amazing what vibrations can do. Imagine the ones you cant hear
You mean what womans use in their mwew? Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Yeah, if you temporarily loose eyesight from them, imagine the magic they do on your brain 🤪
No but 5G for example
If that impresses you then check out what vibrations are like when large Rockets launch. They would cause death if up close.
19:37 is lit no cap
Yeah it’s a beast on wheels bruh
9:00 that’s a very good option man!
It should be mandatory to remind each year at school that earing losses are permanent. It's almost like watch to the sun for the eyes... Those are so precious, so many people have no clue....
These people need to learn about tinnitus before it's too late. 30 years of loud music, going to concerts and working in construction have left me with constant ringing in both my ears. They have rang for 20 years now. There is no cure for tinnitus, so once it starts they will never know silence again. It can be hellish, believe me. Don't take your hearing for granted.
I miss the Solo X subwoofers, good memories of a better time in my life. Thank you for showing us all these amazing systems, EXO!
Kicker stopped making them though, saying they can't sell 'em good!
We would love a recone for that one also of you find one

THE MOST EPIC video footage from a show I've EVER SEEN!! Wow EXO, you have really outdone yourself with this vid. *GREAT JOB!!!*
For real
This is wild. I didn't know bass has evolved this far lmao good God.
Love it how every owner of these cars is casually screaming cause their ears are already destroyed
Woah. Back in my day (1980s-90s) your goal was two 15” speakers in your trunk bumpin 2 Live Crew & NWA. Apparently the bass game has evolved a bit. 😂😎👍🏼
Exactly! I had four 15" Cerwin Vegas with a Orion 2350 amp playing NWA, Two Live, Too Short, Nemesis, Ron C and Magic Mike!
I had two JLs two amps in the 90s, now I’m having a difficult time hearing anything.
A lot has changed since the late 80s into the 90s! Way more powerful everything than we had! Great job covering all of that and hyping people up! Kudos!
Great video thank you! Love the power wheels with the system, and the little girl with the ear protectors on, good parent!
that psi system all around though is very dope. probably the best idea ive seen so far. not sure if its a stolen idea but. amazing to look at

100% he's suffering massive ear damage
@@nickblank5712 bass doesn’t damage ears whatsoever nor heart muscles
@@Valaak You're absolutely wrong. Not only is it proven from a plethora of sites you could research this, but I've also been to basshead events with lots of people with bad cases of hearing loss 5-6 years after they've been going.
Wear hearing protection. All it takes is some ear plugs to save the vital functioning parts in your ear drum and you can still get your bass feels on the rest of your body
@@nickblank5712, Yeah I agree as well. The decibel level being played will 100% damage ear drums. It's only subharmonic frequencies that do less damage since it's mostly long wave physical pressure but will still do damage over time. There's plenty of research showing that.
This is the real shaggy bro
This has been my favorite vlog ever since I found you. The first vidio I heard was your 4th installment of your top 100. Keep it up.
MMatts back in the days. Super loud Bass 🎉🎉 with their D amps

When the bass drops, your facial expressions are priceless!! As a viewer it really helps to convey just how hard these systems hit!!
When I got my first bumps in my car, no one warmed me about Tinnitus. Been dealing with the ringing in the ears for 20 years now. I have no regrets.
Natural selection at its finest :)

I have been a car audio lover for 30 years. Back then we had nice cars with nice systems. I wish I could see more videos with nice cars banging instead of broke looking rides falling apart
If you looked in magazines back in the day, spl cars were usually shit boxes for the most part. Spl is a lot of energy to contain.
Sq cars were usually decent.

Glad y'all had some epic fun! Thanks for sharing! 🐈🔥🔥🔥
It's amazing to see the effect of putting two 12" Becker subs has done to the movement over time on the east coast. As I'm from Cali and when I brought my car to NC in 1986-7 when I was stationed at Camp Lejeune everyone was still into 6x9's and I had two punch 150's driving the system with a Zapco preboard which was something they had never seen before. Now look at them, LOL. For those who remember me I had a dark blue 1977 VW Scirocco.
