Damn that's sick man. 800ah of LTO and over 100kw. Tight and clean. Wear some ear protection and kevlar, cause that will rupture internal organs. Need you around for more awe inspiring builds bro! Stay safe out there.
That Helix ultra DSP will do a 9v output to those amps. I looked up the max input on those 6K amps. Says a max of 6v input sensitivity. I’m guessing you will set the main outputs on each channel of the DSP to not go past a 5v output? Helix DSP also has an input voltage setting behind the back panel. I mention this cause i also run the helix ultra. My amps accept a 9v input. That being said i wanted to see what they were getting while setting gains. My Zapco amps have a gain for each channel on the amp.
My only hope at this point is to watch you turn it all on with us all here for the first time.... No behind the scene just to hear it first but we want to see your first reaction after these last 2 years!! Exo you're doing a AMAZING JOB. I'm glad to be along for the ride.

Man, people have no idea how much work you put just in the video part and it's insane the dedication to the details in this install! Thanks for sharing my channel and I look forward to seeing this complete and more collabs in the future!
cant believe this build has taken over 3 years man, love every video and love the fact that you take your time with it, do t right do it once, keep up the good work man, you have been an inspiration for me and got me into the basshead game
Each amp is rated for 6k watts rms but bench tested at over 10k and EXO is soft clipping them so that will be even more. 120,000+ watts is freakin’ bonkers! 😂😂 I love it. That’s not even including the mids and highs amplifiers.
Once again, I will say that you have come a long way in your craftsmanship since the Explorer. It's nice to see a full tilt demo build that has had this level of care taken in it's execution. I'm an old head from the heyday of IASCA sound q builds in the 90's. The 2x4 and raw plywood demo builds have always irked my inner perfectionist, having spent so much time and effort creating the nicest install we could possibly build. Kudos to you young man!
Man I'm so stoked to see him finish this project. I know he's been working on it diligently for like 4 years now. And I see it, I get it, he wants it perfect. I know at every juncture he is adding things that he hadn't intended in the beginning. Because he wants it right. He wants to do it the right way the first time. And I totally get that s***. Especially with the way it's built some stuff just can't be gone back to do, It has to be done now. But the way he has thought it out and everything he's done to make it his own is totally understandable and appreciated on my end. He's putting a ton of hard work on this thing, and all on his own. With no help from anyone. Other than parts and maybe some ideas here and there. Just the way I'm about to do on my own! More power to you my friend. I'm sure you're ready for a break from it but you're not far from the first burp!!!

That is such a work of art! And at over 10'000 watts per amp, nearly double the rating, you're blasting over 120,000 watts!? This is such a detailed well thought out build, I can hardly wait to see it!
When heatshrinking you need more heatshrink than you'd think and it's important to cover up to where the pressure will be applied, think the same ratio between length and height you'd use for small wire. Also, although they're more expensive, you really should consider getting higher quality ferrels/butt splices like the ones Panduit sells. Yours aren't bad since they're at least seamless but the good ones will not deform from the set screw. Good ones of that size require a hydraulic crimper but it's able to smash the copper to be nearly or completely airtight. Also with giant awg always bend the cables first :) Another tip I use is to get a toothpick and dip it in conductive carbon grease and touch it to the bottom of the set screw before torquing it down. This stuff helps a lot with grounding issues in general but a dab'll do you.
I am so freaking stoked for you man. You’re getting so close. It’s coming together nicely. Also I’m super envious of you because the wire management stage of installs is by far my favorite! So satisfyingly seeing a nice uniform waterfall of cable

EXO, I started viewing your channel way back in the early days when you first started your channel. You have come a long way from those days. Good Ole Hard Work always pays off. What are we all going to do when the build is done? I will miss this!!!!!!!
I find myself checking how much time is left in your video. And all I think about is that I don't want your video to end. Great work!

21:52 you had a golden opportunity to say “it’s OVER NINE THOUSAND”!
I want some long form videos. I want to keep on watching, but they are over before I know it. I guess that's what happens when you actually look forward to and enjoy the videos so much. ❤
This is getting berserk. Was a blessing about the heatshrink; the Full Tilt stuff looks way better.
Love your work EXO.
Love to you and them cats.
Dude, I cannot believe how close you are to done, but yet so far..... It looks amazing, especially with it mainly being a one man job..... Much Love from South Africa!
I am getting so excited to see this done, I can't imagine what you're feeling. I also wanna say that with my extremely bad OCD I love watching how meticulous you are with things. Very therapeutic.
I've been watching your videos for 27 years and you're still doing cool shit.
You are a Master, showing the young bucks how it is done. Bravo. Art Bolanos, Houston, Texas
Bro that wiring looks SLICK. I can't believe how NEAT AND TIDY it looks almost to the point of being hidden entirely! Can't wait to see the first video of it playing a proper demo :D Love peace and hair grease!
Seems like just yesterday you got that metal stuck in your eye from cutting the steel. Now you're installing the amps. What a journey it's been.
I have been watching this build since day 1 finally we're getting close I remember going back to when you had bought the new Nissan van for the build what a great choice!!!! You definitely have the skills to pay the bills, it must be so nice now that you have your own shop that came with the new home 🏠 purchase I'm happy for you!! I doesn't go unseen when It comes to your work ethic keep up the good work I can't wait to see the finished project!!! Be safe and always God bless!!!!!
This is art and I couldnt be happier to see the progress of your work. Thank you sir 🎉

Always majorly saving my life motivational to me..... Shoot right now I'm struggling to build the funds for my small daily driver/work truck , 03 Dodge ram 24v Cummins 2500 4 door .... But I love watching all the incredible skills and the builds since the wood penal van days..... Salute , blessings to everyone's grind and motivations.....
Hey there EXO, long long time subscriber. I'm very appreciative seeing your absolute devotion and love for car audio and need for BASS🔊 as I was back in my days before the internet. Both you and Steve Meade put it all out there taking us along on your builds step by step. Your definitely a perfectionist and that's great, so critiquing your work goes hand and hand which in the end will give you the PRIDE you so deserve. Keep up the kickass content.I can't wait to hear this beast 'a' bumpin!!
I commented already but I didn't finish the video this looks absolutely freaking amazing ❤. This is what dreams are made of. Couldn't have come true to a more impressive young man
I freaking love this. I’ve watched all your videos. I’ve replanned my current build 4 times over because of how well planned your build is. I can’t wait to see this in person one day. Keep up the amazing work!!!
BADASS!!!! as usual, top notch stuff brother! The best of the best, been awaiting this video, now, left waiting for the next one!! Man, I know your excited, cuz we all sure are! The build is lookin very very slick! The amount of time, effort, planning, pre planning, having all this in your mind ahead of time is what has made it over the top! I'm gonna do my best to make it a point to see this in person. Representing from northern Indiana here!! That video from big D on the dyno is awesome, then amps REALLY pack a punch!
man it seems like it was just yesterday you started prepping the van and here we are, slapping in those amplifiers. I can't wait to see those subs flexing!
SO AWESOME! I can't believe we are getting to amp wiring now. Been watching since day 1 of the build. I normally see the new videos on a Saturday morning, sipping coffee in bed watching the updates... It makes for the best Saturday mornings! Keep up the amazing work man!
Been watching since the minivan burps and free roadside bass demos!
Congratulations on all your success which stems from all them long hours of hard work! Especially what we don’t see. You’re an inspiration my guy…master tech E X O
I'm following this video series since the beginning and still am happy every time I see a notification from EXO that there is a new video.
I can't wait to see how it will look and sound when it's done and simultaneously want to see the journey there as long as possible, loving the details and progress.
I propably don't need to tell you this but please be careful when installing and connecting the alternators, I got nervous only seeing the cables while knowing how the batterie bank looks.
Been watching big d for years.
holy shnikies, sometimes i forget how ludicrous this build is. i really appreciate you taking the time to do it right and taking us along, cant wait to hear it.
Watching an epic build like this really makes me want to go over and watch Doug fit ipads 😂
Bro I can’t believe the foresight this project took!
Your head is a treasure!
EXO I don't think you understand how happy it makes me when you upload! It really brightens my day.
Dude is totally insane fun. He would make a great buddy to help out just to get knowledge of electronics. Free of charge on your part.
