That leftover bottle of white wine in the kitchen at the end of the video is the same stuff I use for cooking. I love that deck! I would get some lounge chairs, box of cigars, a good book, and a meat smoker to enjoy life. A bottle of bourbon or red wine along with good friends would be nice.

I love how great room and kitchen, and entry way meet to give a great cozy feel. The rafters above and overlook down on the great room is awsome, however the icing on the cake is the wrap around porch, which just takes the licing space of the home to a new level.
It give me alot of ideals of what I want when I start constructing my personal ky home.....You want peace and relaxation. there is nothing like KY.

That deck has one heck of a view. Love it!
My favourite part is the view. What I didn’t like is there’s only two bedrooms, I need at least four and I want a walk in pantry. What a great verandah, I would live out there in the warm months. This is very similar to the house I built but it had five bedrooms on the main floor, family room, formal living room and dining room, rumpus room, office, walk in pantry, breakfast room, guest rooms downstairs, and the huge deck went right around the house. It was on 16 acres with a great view. I sold it to retire at the beach but I really miss being on the farm.
My favorits? The hammock- I would rock and relax the whole day, the copper sink, the porch, the complete surrounding - gorgeous property!

The View...OMG this place is amazing its like my dream home ×10 and 'Heaven" combined every aspect of this home and way you describe it as tho you and I and the person that designed it sat down and y'all designed it for me and the way I want to take and bring family and friend. I don't know if I'd ever leave home It's Fabulous I give it a 10 stars I Love it .Ever who buys this are going to be very lucky and blessed. I could live on one side of that deck alone look out over the beauty of the flowing land sky its a perfect picture in my mind of a perfect life in "Kentucky " God Bless

I like this video brad. Great house especially that geowater heater pump part. The pourch is wide and a cool place to relax and past the time especially with the scenery. And the most important part is a privacy. This place has it. And the price!! Thats top it all..

I love that big wide deck!. I spend 75% of my time outdoors in South Florida and read or mess with my iPad. This is a great place! I love the basement as well! We don't have those down here. I would love to finish it off. Put a secret room down there with a hidden door opener! Ive always wanted something like that, a place in my home that i could just disapper to! Anyway, beautiful scenery, nice to live on the hill looking over everything!! Is this place gone?. I would expect that it sold pretty fast. ThanksBrad!

I love those beams, and the open concept. They are stunning! I do wish it had a little more in the way of landscaping, though. It feels a little too exposed to the road..but that is probably just the suburbanite in me who is used to needing privacy from close neighbors. That said, this is a gem. The floors are amazing!
+Her Roots Are Showing - agreed! it needs landscaping. And remember - that is only a driveway to the neighbor - only you and them on that 'road'.
That all said, we have some great native fast growing trees - White Pine, Tulip/Poplar, Arborvitae - that would give you amazing privacy.

Like bedroom on first floor. Kitchen../dining room / land counters and Sink... Basement with potential! My husband would be doing carpentry all yr in basement. That heater would be perfect for heat... Too much to mention, to give you any one thing! But like copper sink and that style sink I always enjo! Now I would like bedroom suit, too, lol But you get first chance.. Cannot say "enough" about that large DECK.. Oh, would be outside most of the time in Summer months!

The deck and the view are the best part about this place but I like the woodwork too.
I would love this if it had an extra bedroom or 2 (+another bath), + another 50-150 acres (some wooded/some fields) and a lake, pond or river. A big garage or barn wouldn't hurt but I could add that. I've also seen a few with free natgas and that would be great.

OH MAN THATS ONE HELL OF A VIEW LOVE TO LIVE THERE BUEATIFUL SPOT TAXES 2000 WOW WAS IN A HOME THAT I WELL MY BROTHER LOST TAXES THERE WERE AROUND 9000 AND GOING UP IN A YEAR I TOLD HIM SHOULD OF NEVER BOUGHT THAT PLACE WELL LIVED THERE FOR 3 TO 6 YRS. TILL THE MONEY RAN OUT SO YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THAT NOW WE RENT WISH WE HAD A NICE PLACE BUT CAN'T AFFORD IT THESE DAYS MAYBE SOMETHING WILL COME AROUND AGAIN FOR US NICE PLACES GUY WELL ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAYS .
