I love this house. Its absolutely impressive in the inside. The floors, ceiling, walk in closets and the bathroom. The empty space upstairs can be a library or office space. The way the wood was used in this house is detailed that made the house so relaxing.

How is lightning protection secured? None of the properties I saw on your videos have a lightning conductor.... Insurance companies do not require an inspection report on the lightning conductor for the insured property...? Thanks for answer...
Hi Robert Schulte, GREAT question... answer is for some reason, Lightning Protection isn't very popular here at all! I never thought about it - until I got struck at my desk. It hit the telepohone pole outside my office, came in and went through my metal desk and zapped me. Now I didn't get super-human sexual abilities or anything useful out of that experience, unfortunately - but it was an eyeopener for me - and I immediately asked what our homeowners and medical deductibles were - and went shopping. We called around and found a lady lightning company - and they did a FAB job. it was just a few thousand and we have lightning suppression on our cabin. but not very popular here in KY - that I am aware of - but it is available.
