Have personally experienced that अथर्वशीर्ष helps a lot. In अथर्वशीर्ष फलश्रुती, they have clearly mentioned स विद्यावान भवति - which means those who recite this becomes knowledgeable and स मेधावान् भवति - which means those who recite this will be filled with Megha or retentive capacity of the mind. And why would ancient Rishi munis lie ? ऋतं वच्मि। सत्यं वच्मि. Which means there is some meaning behind this and I have personally experienced that by reciting Atharvashirsha, buddhi becomes sthir and focused. Reciting Atharvashirsha has been extremly helpful to me towards my CFA exams and eventuly i cleared by the grace and blessing of god and my Guru. Writing this without any selfish motive and based on my personal experience through Guru krupa. 🙏🏻 Hari Om Tat Sat 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

i was super skeptic about meditation , until i tried it for 4-5 months consistently.tried the box breathing method and 54321 sensory method too . boy was i wrong , it worked haha ( nothing extraordinary but mind was alot calmer .
