1. This is Los Angeles, 72k per year is a LOT less than other places because of the cost of living.
2. According to her, she got promoted to a video editor to a producer without extra pay which is illegal in the United States.
3. James Charles is a millionaire, and he has more than enough funds to pay her correctly and follow U.S Labor Laws.
I'm not defending her or saying that she's completely right here, since we don't know that, but do realize that the $72,000 per year is not as high as you think it is. That's an absolutely valid claim to make if what she's saying is true (especially if the being "James caregiver" part is true).
Ima need to see some evidence from these allegations. Not me, rather all of twitter.
